Great food and even better customer service! Had an issue with an order I placed one evening and reached out to the store for help. I was given the manager’s cell and told to calm him directly, which I did. He took ownership of my issue, identified the problem, offered the solution I was hoping for and even went above and beyond to make sure I came back and gave them another shot to do it right. Mistakes happen, but this manager did not sit back and justify it, instead, he was proactive and showed he cared about the service they sell, and not just their food. Kudos to manager Carlos!! This place is definitely worth it, and I strongly recommend them!!

I bought these products and the bag arrived torn, the food all mixed up. I don't feel safe eating this food at all. I don't know if it was the establishment or the delivery person. But I'm very disappointed because it wasn't cheap and now I'm in the middle of an online exam, hungry and unable to eat something I bought to save time.

I’ve been a loyal Pokey customer for years, spending my money consistently, and this is how I was treated. I called the Pokey store at 555 North Federal Highway, Deerfield Beach, FL because my order had been messed up not once, not twice, but THREE times. I was promised a refund, which is the ONLY reason I called back.
When I spoke to Steven, he was completely unprofessional from the start. He answered the phone like he was at home, not at work, and instead of helping, he flat-out accused me of lying. He kept saying, “That’s impossible, no one could have told you that,” as if I’m supposed to know who works there or who is authorized to say what. I don’t work there. I’m the customer.
Being treated like a liar or a thief after multiple mistakes on their end is beyond unacceptable. The arrogance, disrespect, and lack of accountability were shocking.
I will never order from Pokey again, and I strongly warn anyone considering this location: if something goes wrong, expect blame instead of solutions. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.
