I haven’t explored the full menu yet but everything ive ordered has been awesome. Really love the little refuge of a coffee shop. Great drinks, bites and atmosphere!

Terissa is absolutely amazing! She has such a warm and welcoming personality that instantly puts you at ease. She took the time to ask what I liked and offered some great drink suggestions that were spot on. You can tell she genuinely cares about creating a great experience for every customer. Her attention to detail and friendly vibe make this coffee shop a place I’ll definitely keep coming back to!

This isn’t anything about the food or drinks. It’s about the workers and manager Michael. I have never been treated with such disrespect and I’ve never have a place not resolve the issue with the customer. I was charged for 2 coffees. One was the wrong one and one was still wrong but I felt bad sending it back. I tried to talk to the manager Michael but he was not pleasant or wouldn’t work with me and give me my refund. I only go to places with workers that free about their customers and I feel very disrespected. Not only was the coffee wrong and bad, but the workers also laughed at me for not understanding how to order. Very bad experience and I have friends who won’t walk in either if you beg them.

This morning I ordered 2 crossiants and a drink by accident at the Yamato location when I meant to order it at Palmetto. While I waited at Palmetto I asked the girls if they had an order for Tatiana and that’s when we realized the mistake I made. The girls right away mentioned they couldn’t remake it or refund me and that I could just go to that location since there is a disclaimer. People make mistakes and it wasn’t just 1 item it was 3 items that I lost on. I understand the disclaimer but maybe the staff could have been nicer about the situation and offered a 1 time accommodation. I lost out on $25 yes it was my fault for not double checking the location but I feel like it wasn’t right and they were rude about it. Also both croissants(ham & cheese) were hard and tasted old.

I love the seed, but I must say I’m highly disappointed with my experience with them today. I ordered a ham and cheese croissant and they put it in the bag, cold, I approached them and asked if they could heat it up and they said their oven is off and has been for the past 30 minutes. That is bizarre. You don’t go to any food establishment (if they’re still open) and receive a freezing cold burger or meal. Very bizzare and poor service to give someone their food freezing cold when it’s supposed to be hot. Keep the ovens on until closing. I just paid for this and now I can’t eat it until I’m home in an hour, come on now…

I like the new cereal coffees they’re not too sweet, but not the best. Ads brought me here and it’s a beautiful spot to study! Definitely get the bagel bites they’re sooo good one of the best breakfast items ever !! Smoothies are also good, one w the berries and vanilla protein was much better than the green (tasteless). Overall came to study so it was worth it.

It was my first time at the Seed and I have to say, such a relaxing atmosphere. Dining area was so cute and spotless. Customer service was a 10/10. Unfortunately, I was not able to catch the lady that took my order, but she had red hair and helped me pick the cinnabee with almond milk and it was delicious. 100% will be visiting again.

I was so excited to be in the area to pick up some smoothies, coffee, and goodies. The oven was broken, so they could not warm up any food which was annoying, but Understandable. The cashier rang me up and even repeated my order to me, and I went and waited. I had ordered two smoothies and a coffee. The coffee was brought out, and then one smoothie. I even mentioned to the girl that brought my smoothie I was waiting on one more. It never came… And I stood there for 10 minutes. Not one person asked me what I was waiting for or if I needed help in that 10 minutes. I finally flagged someone down (I believe it was the manager) and she checked my order, it was never rang in so I had to pay and wait longer. Then, to top it off I got home and one of the food items was wrong.

Love the vibes of this place! I got the Mindful smoothie (specialty drink) so it was a bit pricey (18$) but for the health benefits and atmosphere I would definitely recommend as a treat for yourself if not a regular buy. The food options are plentiful and look delicious. I would definitely recommend to a friend .
