Love seed. This location has the cutest seating with a long table to cowork as well. They play great music and the florida burrito with paradise sauce is a must! 💌

I usually go to the lighthouse point location but I came to this one since I was in the area. The food and drink were good as always but the young man who was working the register lacks customer service skills. He looked at me like I was an idiot when I said hello to him and turned his back to me with no response when I said thank you. Luckily I got my food and drink to go because seeing him look miserable would have ruined my meal and experience in the shop. I will definitely do a pick up order next time.

Food is pretty good, but if you want to substitute anything good luck. They also don’t let you order for pickup over the phone they force you to pay the online fees. They also don’t have a kids fruit cup option on the menu (should be a no brainer). Overall not bad as long as you order exactly what’s on the menu. Just a shame they miss on the small things. The employees could be friendlier as well.

I got an iced caramel latte with cold foam and a key lime pie bagel bomb and it was absolutely delicious. The bagel was very soft and the Keylime hit the spot. Just as if I was going to bite into a Keylime pie. The coffee tasted fresh And definitely coming back! The service was fast and easy. The cashier made it easy for me to find a coffee that I Desired.

A small, cozy, and chic coffee spot right in the heart of Boca, next to City Hall. Perfectly located and always buzzing with life, it’s the kind of place that instantly makes you feel part of the city. The beverages are excellent and well-assorted, from rich coffees to refreshing alternatives. Their bagels and croissants are absolutely delicious, fresh, flaky, and flavorful. It’s no surprise this is one of the busiest spots in town, but the atmosphere makes it worth the stop every time.
