For a long time, the seed has been one of my preferred coffee shops in all of Florida. The East Boca location happens to have a great setup for handling some work and getting a great vegan snack and caffeine-boost.
The seed features a few community tables as well as a few smaller seating options indoors as well as a fair amount of outdoor seating. The coffee shop offers free wifi and is a common workplace of many in the community.

A very welcoming atmosphere. The pastries are extremely delicious and well worth the price. There's tables outside and a good enough space inside to still have that intimate conversation, where it's not too loud. Overall the Cafe was a nice little unexpected stop to my agenda. I'll definitely visit again.
