The Seed has been one of my go-to spots for a while! My favorite coffee order has to be the Cinnabee latte! I also really like their matcha. The seasonal lattes have been so good lately! Give them a try if you haven’t already!

I got recommended to go here by a friend, and this place is so good! The vibe of the place is so cute and calm. When you first walk in you order in a little line directed to you by arrows on the floor. There is seating inside and outside, I would recommend looking at the menu before you go because it's hard to see the menu while in line. I got the Strawberries and cream latte with a bagel bomb and gluten free chocolate chip muffin and it was so DELICIOUS! Some may say that...

Ashley helping us out at the counter was so kind & helpful! Love a friendly interaction in the morning. Also, love the brunch sandwich except they changed the bread from the herb to a croissant :( bring back the rosemary/herb bread <3 my boyfriend loves the empanadas. The Seed is where the place I was introduced to the “chagacinno”… and I’ve been hooked ever since!
