The Standard Cuisine & Cocktails

This is meant for people under 40. Definitely a cute bar not for families. Parking cost is $30! Staff tried hard to please us. Very few people there but 2 blocks away, it was crowded everywhere.

Overall, terrific place to gather. The place great ambiance and the outdoor patio is spacious with good spacing between tables. While I wouldn't recommend as a great steakhouse, I did enjoy the NY Strip, Brussel sprouts with wedge potatoes. My brother enjoyed the shrimp Alfredo. The drinks were on point and the service was pretty terrific.

Marcus was a great server. Calamari was greasy. I got sliders and my husband got a burger. They took a long time to come out. They were good . Drinks and beers were good.

We go to Standard all the time and this time it was a very bad experience. There were tons of young adults there and they were playing darts and very noisy. It was not a place for us to meet our friends and visit. We wanted to leave

Service team was great! After dinner sitting at the bar the crowd got young and loud. Great food and bar value!

Espresso martini delicious, but food disappointing.
As an aside, the rice component to the tuna tower appetizer made 0 sense. This app was 80% rice…. For $18. Bathrooms atrocious - did not flush all the way. Everyone was disappointed by this meal.

We ordered carry-out from the Standard last night - a busy Friday night. Right after we ordered they got totally slammed, so our order took a little longer than expected. The staff could not have been lovelier and more kind and apologetic for the wait. The food was absolutely delicious and definitely without the typical takeout sogginess. Kudos to the entire staff for handling everything so positively. We will be back!

Went here today and was hit on by a man who proceeded to verbally harass my friend and I, when he was rejected. The man would not leave us alone… the worst part was when we went and told the bouncer and he did nothing about it. In fact, he repeatedly joked about “pulling up camera footage” and “calling the police” almost as if questioning if we were being serious about what happened….. please do better at taking women seriously and not putting up with disturbing behavior.

This a a wonderful restaurant food was very delicious. Exceptional service, warm inviting atmosphere and amazing scenery.

I had 7pm reservations for 7 people. Checked in. Was told by the hostess to go around the side where she would push 2 tables together and bring menus. She never came around. It was 10 minutes. Then another 10 minutes and still no one came around. I went back to the hostess station several times and overheard the hostess tell Someone they were short staffed and another waitress was coming in to work soon. We waited longer. A male server or bar tender said he would help. No one came to sit us ever so we left after waiting Atleast 40-45 minutes. Very disappointed, as this was our last dinner on our vacation and I reserved on open table days ago.

gunner was an absolute perfect bartender l! give him a raise! he met all our need and was very nice.

I had a fantastic time at the standard! The energy was vibrant, with great music and a lively crowd. The cocktail menu is impressive—try the espresso martini! The bartenders were quick and friendly, making sure everyone had a good time. Perfect for a night out with friends or celebrating a special occasion. Can’t wait to go back!

I attended The Standard tonight with my friends and my boyfriend (all who were ordering drinks but myself). The second l walked in, I felt an unpleasant feeling from an employee. She was rude and not welcoming at all. It wasn’t just with us. We also observe her with another female customer and she gave her attitude and almost like she doesn’t want to work. I was not in the mood to drink and l immediately felt judged by her. After we ordered the drinks she slid them to us causing them to spill on purpose. Then she proceeded to ask my friend and I to leave the bar if we’re not drinking. There was a whole another way to go about it then the way she did. Unfortunately we didn’t get her name but I wanted to come on here and give a review. This is a great place and I love coming here. I hope this doesn’t happen again
