The Wing Experience

This place is located inside Smokey Bones (strike 1. The heat most of their portions in plastic bags and hot water) the wings happen to be good (as they probably actually cook those) (strike 2. Was the fact that whomever packages their orders doesn't give a crap and is unable to read and comprehend) i ordered 2 x 12pc wings, 1 order of tenders and an order of 3 soft pretzels. 1 order was 2 different sauces and sauce on side mixed wings, mine was sauce mixed in and all drums). Apparently he/she/it that was packing the order must have only noticed 3 items on the ticket instead of 4, among other things such as how the food was packed as well). My drums got here as did the pretzel and tenders. The sauce for the pretzel and blue cheese came in the separate bag as well. .You can tell they didn't even notice the other order as even the sauce on the side was missing from the separate bag. So I ended up giving my wife my wings and ate a pretzel and 2 tenders. And strike 3 this isnt the first time that this place has proven they don't care if their employees don't care about anything. It has happened when we went to eat there for table service as well. (Thats when i noticed how they heated their food) Places just don't seem to care about quality and service anymore. This is why so many fail.

Ordered wings and french fries from this restaurant got it within a reasonable time however, the french fries were extremely cold which tells me they never cooked my fries. They have fries sitting out and sitting over. They didn’t even bother to heat the fries up last time ordering here.

This is NOT a restaurant, it’s a ghost kitchen.Very disappointed as went with the family to have a sit down dinner and they don’t even have chairs or even a sign saying they don’t sit people to eat. Had to leave with 2 hangry children ?. Do yourself a favor and save your money or go somewhere else before considering this place .

Ordered on Uber eats. We got the boneless wings. It was literally just a chicken tender chopped up and they didn’t even bother to mix with boneless wings in sauce. It basically just 7/11 food. Do not recommend at all. Horrible food. I hate to see a restaurant not even try to make an effort.

Had a great experience. Our server Jamie was excellent. Drinks were constantly refilled with a smile. Food was great! We were made to feel very welcome and will return again!

My mind is actually blown, can someone please explain to me how I ordered 5 different sauces under \\\"sides of sauce\\\" just to have them all thrown into the same cup? How possibly does someone see 5 sides of sauce, and think \\\"all together right?\\\" Unreal

Wings were hard and super dry, they tasted like they were under a heating lamp all day. Not fully covered in sauce either. Fries were very delicious. Probably won’t be coming back.

I have been ordering from you guys for a while. The first few times, the wings were amazing. The last time, the wings had barely any sauce on them and some were super small with barely any meat. This time, I received zero sauce on the wings. I checked the bag and it wasn't even on the side. I called the number listed on google and someone from smokey bones picked up. She told me I had to call the wing experience directly. When I told her I called directly from google, she put me on hold and didn't come back. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

If I could give a zero rating I would. there’s no way to find this place, there’s no signage in or around the shopping axa indicating a \\\"wing expereince.\\\" I literally thought it was the smoky bones restaurant so I called them, and apparently you have to order through an app and it is the smoky bones restaurant but it’s not. Hard pass.

First time at Smokey Bones are server Diana take good care of us..We ordered Bone-Fire for two everything was delicious ?

Blah... I'd take domino's wings

Wow the wings are delicious. So many wing flavor options like scorpion buffalo which is my fav. but the service was even better, I didn't get a name but the girl with red hair and glasses provided exceptional customer service. Will definitely be coming back!
