Third Place has become a home away from home!!! The staff and baristas are SO WELCOMING and make the best drinks!! Highly recommend if you are in the area or visiting town :)

Third Place is THE PLACE to get your morning brew, I love their Chagachino with Oatmilk and their Matcha Latte is superb too. Plenty of breakfast treats too. Their team of baristas is simply exceptional, award worthy!

Cool spot with nice atmosphere. The chairs are comfortable, the music isn’t too loud and the staff is always friendly. You can tell Elijah takes pride in what he does. Highly recommended.

Stopped in while checking out the new laundromat next door. LOVE this place, and I hope it does well-- Boca is really lacking in community-focused nooks like this one. The chicken curry pastries were amazing-- packed with chicken but not too dry. Iced teas have all been amazing and a better price than other coffee shops in the area. Grabbed a "High Hen" sandwich for lunch, and it was rich and crispy and amazing. Super nice staff, laid-back, unpretentious vibes. Would love if they added a slightly better quality, unsweetened matcha to the menu (but I get it, coffee is kind of the star, here!). Laundry and lunch here will be part of my weekend routine.
