My experience with Tikizhollywood was fantastic! The refreshing shaved ice and ice cream were the perfect treat for my daughter's birthday! The variety of flavors offered was impressive, and the quality was exceptional! Armando was friendly and the service was quick, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Tikizhollywood to anyone looking for a delicious and refreshing snack!

I visit the location at benders farm on Saturday, February 17th 2pm it was a great day we came out to pick up strawberries and the kids wanted to have shaved ice unfortunately not the best experience
First it was overpriced
2nd out of eight or nine flavor 5 were not available Two broken three out of the flavor
we were only given a choice of medium or large, no small cups, even though they showed up on the Display options
The “owner of the truck so he said he was, give me an attitude after we pay “ you don’t like it too bad I’m the owner”
I voiced my complaint to Bobby the manager of Bender Farm who was very accommodating and understanding, but there was nothing he can do. He told me to speak to Jeannie the one who was in charge on the food truck who never return my email.
I want to say I had great day and good experience with bender Farm spend over $250 between my family and my friends
But that So call owner of the truck should not be operating in that location or any location.
I’m still waiting for somebody to get back to me….

I visited a vehicle at the Slocomb Tomato Festival and bought a souvenir cup so I could get a discounted refill. I went back an hour later, and the van was gone. If I knew the shaved ice van wouldn’t be at the event for its duration, I wouldn’t have purchased the souvenir cup. I’m super disappointed.

They didn’t give us a lei on a large and no gumball were kids what do you expect

This was reserved from 7:30-8:00 pm. Got there at 7:45 and they had already left. Really bad customer service!

Saw you by the East Bridge to Treasure Island bur you never came to the park south of central.

Tikiz was at the taco festival in Lake Nona. Being the first visible truck, my kids were really excited to go. They took 2 taco tickets for a medium cup of ice. I felt that was outrageous at a taco festival where you could get 1-2 filling tacos for a single taco ticket at any other cart/truck. Then, when I asked for another cup (a medium is too large and too much sugar for a toddler and young child to each get their own but you can't expect a toddler to quite understand sharing just yet), I was told I needed to pay another 6 dollars just to get an extra cup. I would say that this is not a family friendly business at all.

Prices were reasonable for a generic tasting product. Not a taste of the Polynesian islands.
