Went in for dinner on Wednesday night very nice place however the service was atrocious our server Antonio forgot to send our appetizers. Then we received our apps and main course 5 mins apart. The server began arguing with me and got very angry no such way to treat a customer. We will not be back hopefully they address this staffing issue.

On the plus side the atmosphere and food is amazing they just need to find better help.

The food was pretty good. The clam chowder was great. The quality of the steak was good but it was so bland I had to put salt on it. They also need sharper knives for cutting steak. The waitress was adorable too. I went with two people who are hearing impaired however and they both felt very uncomfortable with the noise level. So this is not the place you bring your older relatives with hearing aids as they will be very uncomfortable.

Stumbled in here one afternoon looking for a cappuccino because the French place a few doors down was closed. Very happy I did because this is our new favorite date night spot. The food is top notch and the atmosphere is perfect with the live accordion music. By the way, the cappuccino is actually amazing and goes great with the homemade tiramisu. A+ all around.

Trattoria Nonna is absolutely amazing! The service was excellent from start to finish — everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, full of flavor, and made with love. The staff were attentive without being overbearing, and the sweet manager made us feel like part of the family. It’s rare to find a place with such a genuine, homey atmosphere and top-notch service. Highly recommend — can’t wait to go back!

The manager is one of the rudest people you will ever interact with. They served my pizza incorrectly and then tried to serve me a pizza two minutes before we were done.

To add insult to injury, they then try to make me pay for the pizza that I did not eat.

The manager then took my pizza and threw it in the garbage.

If you care about paying for being treated respectfully, I suggest you stay clear of this restaurant

Horrible! Slow service even on a Monday night. Young new waitress. Manager rude and unprofessional. They brought me seafood ravioli when I am allergic. Ordered plain cheese, ravioli, and plain sauce. Started choking and they wouldn’t let us leave until we paid the bill in full. Do not go

We landed here by accident, looking for another place. We are very happy we did. The food was excellent, particularly the pasta with pesto genovese, and the limoncello sponge cake. The service was outstanding. We are recommending this place to everyone we know. Thank you for a great dinner experience.
