We really loved this place. I called on a Saturday and booked 7pm on a Sunday. Free valet parking. Very welcoming hostesss. They seated us in the bar area while we waited for our table. Had a delicious martini. My dining partner had a glass of rosé. Bar waitress from Chicago very friendly & professional. Seated in main dining room. Great bread plate with sticks and focaccia. Marinated tomatoes were phenomenal. We ordered way too much food on purpose: charcuterie...
Hi, This was not the first time we dined there. It was uncomfortably crowded and the service had really changed. The waiter was overwhelmed and the servers couldn't remember anything. All in all disappointing . Food was ok. Veal was tough. I had asked if the pasta dish was in a marinara sauce which I couldn't eat and was told no. When it came it was swimming in sauce . That was the type of experience all through the meal.
It's like most people say. Overall amazing.Their meatballs are delicious,fantastic,outstanding. Pick either one of those words. It's a must try. Frutti di mare filled with seafood and also delicious. Service was excellent. Definitely a must place to eat. Considering the quality and quantity of the dishes I found the value to be excellent. Enjoy, you won't be disappointed.
