I had the regular açai bowl I would say it was very, very good. The fact that they were already sweeping up to close and that it was still good makes it even more impressive.

The service was just really slow, the inside was virtually empty but we waited so long for just two smoothies. When I asked, she seemed really annoyed and I understand that there are mobile orders and UberEats, but there was no reason to get so short with us. This is a regular occurrence here so I started going to the one in Coconut Creek and it's night and day. Coconut Creek is so much faster and nicer.

We ordered in store, and we specifically said “combo” but they didn't hear it, then when my husband asked where our smoothie was they said oh we didn't input one, and then proceeded to charge us for a full smoothie even though they messed up.

Came through on business and needed a late boost and while all other juice places in the area were closed - I happily found Tropical Smoothie Cafe which I also have in Texas and one of mine and my kids favorites. Same here - good recommendation by the staff of a good tasting smoothie. While here at the Home Office will visit this place more through this week.

They have a wide variety of smoothies to choose from, as well as many different food items for a quick bite. The peanut butter cup smoothie is quite tasty! Lots of bowls, salads, wraps, and snack rolls — a little something for everyone. Good service and convenient location. I recommend and look forward to trying other menu items.

I previously had a mishap with the flatbread I ordered during my last visit. Roy reached out to me immediately and invited me to come back in for a redo. I went in today got a wrap and a smoothie and it was AMAZING. I truly appreciate good customer service. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

The Shift leader I encountered should not be in management. Poor attitude and horrible customer service. She couldn’t even do a SIMPLE order properly. Guaranteed customer unsatisfactory is what she provides. Upgrade management!

I ordered on the app. I pick up my order get back home and it's missing the lime edible straw I paid for. I didn't even get a regular straw with my order..I go to eat my berry yogurt bowl and paid for extra honey and didn't get any honey at all. The bowl was barely 1/2 full. I love tropical smoothie but this location I will not return to. It was not busy and the kid that was working the front just looked miserable and you can tell he doesn't care about his job. I'll just drive the extra miles to Delray Beach, where my order is always right and delivered with a smile.

Placed an order through ez cater, Tropical smoothie confirmed and reconfirmed it and never delivered. told ez cater it was accepted by mistake, they didn't check the date although ez cater spoke to the cafe. terrible service
