The Shift leader I encountered should not be in management. Poor attitude and horrible customer service. She couldn’t even do a SIMPLE order properly. Guaranteed customer unsatisfactory is what she provides. Upgrade management!

I ordered on the app. I pick up my order get back home and it's missing the lime edible straw I paid for. I didn't even get a regular straw with my order..I go to eat my berry yogurt bowl and paid for extra honey and didn't get any honey at all. The bowl was barely 1/2 full. I love tropical smoothie but this location I will not return to. It was not busy and the kid that was working the front just looked miserable and you can tell he doesn't care about his job. I'll just drive the extra miles to Delray Beach, where my order is always right and delivered with a smile.

Placed an order through ez cater, Tropical smoothie confirmed and reconfirmed it and never delivered. told ez cater it was accepted by mistake, they didn't check the date although ez cater spoke to the cafe. terrible service

Great smoothies, wraps, flatbreads, & quesadillas.

Smoothie was great but what I really want to mention about this place is great service. They all have great work ethics, kind and professional manners. I highly recommend this location !

Rude passive aggressive service. And when I came in a lady was cleaning a dirty wooden board in the food preparing area. Didn't look sanitary. I actually left without ordering and just found another one. the woman laughed at me on the way out ? Gross ?

I really enjoy the tropical smoothie brand for its flavors and overall consistency and ease of ordering online they the app. I tried this location yesterday for the first time and it was an ok experience. My order had been missed, so they didn't make it until I arrived. However, it was dealt with quickly and the person I spoke with apologized for having missed it.

Gotta give a HUGE shout out to the ladies on shift this morning @ TSC. 430am start and still had a smile on their faces. Really appreciate the Cafe being open on the way to my biz meeting. Breakfast Flatbread & super sunrise sunset smoothie trumped my coffee. Stop by & check it out!

My boyfriend and I mobile ordered on our phones and paid before we arrived, and it said our food would be ready in 15 minutes after ordering. I ordered a peanut paradise smoothie and a caprese sandwhich and my boyfriend a peanut paradise smoothie and a chicken flatbread. I placed my order FIRST and when we got here his was still late but he got his before me. 20 minutes after waiting, I asked what’s going on with my order and they had it sitting there. When I got my smoothie, which was the same as my boyfriends and could have made them at the same time,and not blended at all. When I checked my sandwhich, it literallly missed the tomato, pesto, and cheese and they just gave me bread with chicken and sauce. I asked them to remake the sandwhich and I am now waiting another 20 minutes. I hate to be a pain or hassle and they were nice enough to offer to remake it but the time it took to get everything prepared is insane to me. I work in the customer service industry and there’s no reason for them to mess up the order like this and another.persons in the store as well who also asked for a refund. I have come here multiple times and they literally messed up our order and someone else’s twice the same day with only two customers. I come for the smoothies because they usually are good but they really messed up. I asked for a refund and they couldn’t even give me that after waiting 50 minutes. There is no speed or care for customer service and it’s really frustrating and unfortunate that this company isn’t on top of that.

Never ever coming back here. Absolute worse service I’ve ever had. They messed up multiple orders in a row. It wasn’t even busy they had at most 4 orders on the screen once.

I have been to many Tropical Smoothies. With that being said, this is one of the best locations I have ever been to. The quality of the food and service is impeccable -- especially from Andrew & Janaisia!! Keep up the great work. This place is highly recommended ?
