They're always polite even though they are full all the time they are the best tropical smoothie in all of South Florida Thanks to the Queen who is the manager pardon me for not knowing your name but you and all of your crew are amazing keep glowing and come see me for a massage when you guys get tired at Deerfield Wellness and Chiropractic. I get smoothies here fairly often and the smoothies and service have always been great.

This place wasn't that busy when I got there but the cashier still treated me terribly. Normally, I would've just left, but my toddler really wanted a smoothie and I promised it to her. The cashier was so impatient, and seemed annoyed any time I asked a question. Despite being pretty dead, my order of three smoothies still took forever. The straws weren't by were there smoothies are put out, and I thought they were going to bite my head off when I asked where the straws were. Word to the wise, it's a great idea to have straws throughout, but especially by the window where the drinks come out of.

Very clean atmosphere, fun and caring staff all while being very fast and efficient! Best location by far!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE tonight at tropical smoothies, I went in to grab some smoothies with my sister and we were conflicted on which one so we asked for some menus. As the girl was waiting for us to order she was slouching down on the counter eating chips? No problem was not fazed. However when I went to go pay she kept hovering over the cash register waiting for me to pay. When she saw that me and my sister didn’t tip to her liking she then continued to make our smoothies. Our smoothies tasted like WATER. It was almost like it was all water and no strawberries in it. I was very disappointed as I paid nearly $20 for two watery smoothies? Horrible.

It’s like everytime I come here the employees are not attentive, their playing around and talking over your smoothies while making it and also while making my sandwich the young lady didn’t have gloves on and she tried to play it off when I came in to pick up my mobile order and put gloves on. The customer service is trash and they don’t acknowledge you when you walk in.

Drove here to use a coupon for a free one I had.

The counter clerks kept saying there was a problem with coupon. For some reason they wouldn’t just ring it up manually when I told him I hadn't used the coupon yet, nor was it expired. I almost got the sense like they thought that I was making that up.

On a hunch I went the town over and the coupon that was not expired worked fine as it should, So it was just Boca Raton computer system and then because they wouldn’t take me on my word I didn’t get to use it. Wasted about 15 minutes of my time though not just stepping up and was a bit embarrassing for me.

Staff was completely uninterested and rude. Clearly have never taken any sort of course aim customer service. Messed up my order 3 times, made me wait 45 minutes for a CHEESE QUESADILLA. When I asked what was taking so long, they told me “next time dont been on your phone when you are ordering and get what you want.” Enough said.

I was craving a smoothie from TSC and decided to visit the new location on Palmetto. Unfortunately, the staff seemed disinterested in their work. My smoothie was not well-prepared - it had too much ice and wasn't blended properly. This location needs to live up to the high standards in Boca. They may struggle to survive, especially with Carrott Express, which is a much better option right across the street. Their staff puts more effort and care into the food.

I ordered an açaí bowl and a smoothie today, but I was extremely disappointed with the açaí bowl because the blueberries were very old, to the extent that I could smell it. When I called the store to provide feedback, they informed me that the blueberries were frozen and had just been defrosted. While I understand that many places use frozen fruit, I expect the toppings, especially the açaí, to be made with fresh fruit for both taste and health reasons. Unfortunately, the store did not offer to remake the bowl or provide a refund, despite me only taking a few bites before noticing the issue. I had hoped to enjoy my $27 order for lunch.

I’m T-Mobile Member and they were running a promotion for a free smoothie or Açaí bowl. The app was not accepting the code. When I spoke to the manager, he just threw up his hands and said there’s nothing he could do about it and further said he can’t just give out free smoothies to everyone. I asked if there is an app issue and the promotion expires that night can they honor it the next day when the app was working ? It’s the way he said it that turned me off. He’s a manager. He should have an alternate way to satisfy a customer, especially if they are cross-promoting with a huge company like T-Mobile. They should have a contingency code in case there’s a problem. I don’t think I will go back to that particular location not because they didn’t accommodate my request but the manager’s customer service was very lacking. (PS, I was halfway home when the app started working again so I did eventually get my smoothie, which tasted very good. So I recommend that menu item) just not that location.
