Went to this location for help with a mistake made with a gift card at the Delray Location on Linton when the people working reloaded my gift card to $0 instead of charging the balance due. The employee working was super helpful, sweet, and was able to compensate us for our time and loss of 50$ at the other location. Did not get her name, but she had super pretty nails. Certified baddie.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Tropical Smoothie, please explain how I was the ONLY person in the store and still waited 30 minutes for the most depressing excuse of food I’ve ever seen?

I ordered a Nutella açaí bowl and a PB flatbread with strawberries and Nutella. My açaí bowl came out half-empty, like they were rationing ingredients for the apocalypse. A couple sad fruit pieces on top — it looked like someone already ate half of it. For $12? Be serious.

I asked for it to be remade (because hello, I paid real money), and Ari — the one making my food — didn’t remake anything. He took it to the back, tossed a few fruit pieces on top like sprinkles fixing the problem, and handed it back like I wouldn’t notice. No extra açaí, no effort, no apology.

Flatbread? Also dry, barely any strawberries or Nutella. $22 total for struggle food.

This visit was embarrassing. For the price, at least pretend like you care. I will not be coming back until this location learns that customers deserve full portions, basic respect, and maybe even a quick “sorry” when things are done wrong. Do better.

I must agree with several of the other reviews — this location leaves much to be desired. The staff appeared unprofessional and were not particularly welcoming. I visited one evening and completed a purchase, only to be informed afterward that the store did not have the ingredients for the sandwiches or side items I had ordered.

When I requested a refund (approximately $30), I was told the system was experiencing issues and that a refund could not be processed at that time. I was asked to return the next day, which was both inconvenient and disappointing, especially since I do not live in the area.

Additionally, it is evident that employees often prioritize serving their friends over other customers and spend time conversing with them even when the store is busy. On one occasion, I had to wait for my smoothie while they prepared one for someone who arrived after me — very disappointing.

This location would benefit greatly from stronger management oversight and improved customer service training.

I hate this place!!!!! The staff didn’t care about my drink. Let me explain! So I orded 2 drinks. The first one took like 2 minutes but the second they complete forgot about it. I literally had to remind the guy to do it for me and I said “You should write notes or give us a number or name” he said yes yea I understand. He didn’t mean it. He was being sarcastic he didn’t care. They made my second one and it wasn’t even done correctly. And it tastes so bad. Please FIRE the guy with blue and who has blonde hair. Please fire him he didn’t care and now my drink is literally turning brown. Like WTH I DONT even think the purple one is safe to drink. Also theirs only teens working and they’re on their phones. One star!

On 8/15 around 8:53AM morning I walked in and the lady at the front was working by herself. Now it seemed like she was busy and I understood that but she wasn’t pleasant at all. Normally that wouldn’t bother me because I never know what someone may be going through. However she didn’t say she would be right with me but had me standing there, she took my order and then a second girl walked in to start her shift. When that girl came they started talking, she placed my smoothie in the blender and then walked to the back. My smoothie was finished but she was in the back running her mouth. I said excuse me my smoothie is finished, she had the nastiest face when she walked back to the front. She grabbed the blender with an attitude and dang near broke it. I am not sure why she was so upset do you not have a job to do? Finish your work first and then you can chat. I already didn’t like to come to this place but this was the icing on the cake. I will never be back and you should be very careful or you may find yourself looking for another job. You never know who it is you are servicing and who they know, thanks to her you will never see me again and I will also never recommend this particular store again.

Awful service. Only one employee working at 12pm on a Sunday. 14 seperate customers in the store and only one person working. Terrible service, which is owners fault for understaffing.

They're always polite even though they are full all the time they are the best tropical smoothie in all of South Florida Thanks to the Queen who is the manager pardon me for not knowing your name but you and all of your crew are amazing keep glowing and come see me for a massage when you guys get tired at Deerfield Wellness and Chiropractic. I get smoothies here fairly often and the smoothies and service have always been great.

This place wasn't that busy when I got there but the cashier still treated me terribly. Normally, I would've just left, but my toddler really wanted a smoothie and I promised it to her. The cashier was so impatient, and seemed annoyed any time I asked a question. Despite being pretty dead, my order of three smoothies still took forever. The straws weren't by were there smoothies are put out, and I thought they were going to bite my head off when I asked where the straws were. Word to the wise, it's a great idea to have straws throughout, but especially by the window where the drinks come out of.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE tonight at tropical smoothies, I went in to grab some smoothies with my sister and we were conflicted on which one so we asked for some menus. As the girl was waiting for us to order she was slouching down on the counter eating chips? No problem was not fazed. However when I went to go pay she kept hovering over the cash register waiting for me to pay. When she saw that me and my sister didn’t tip to her liking she then continued to make our smoothies. Our smoothies tasted like WATER. It was almost like it was all water and no strawberries in it. I was very disappointed as I paid nearly $20 for two watery smoothies? Horrible.

It’s like everytime I come here the employees are not attentive, their playing around and talking over your smoothies while making it and also while making my sandwich the young lady didn’t have gloves on and she tried to play it off when I came in to pick up my mobile order and put gloves on. The customer service is trash and they don’t acknowledge you when you walk in.
