Stopped in for lunch today and ordered a pulled pork sandwich with mac and cheese as my side. Was asked if I would like sauce on the meat, original, sweet or spicy. I went for the spicy.Sandwich was prepared fresh right in front of my eyes and the meat and sauce were both delicious. Served on a Martins Potato Bun, which is a perfect match. Overall a great sandwich!!Would have gone with 5 stars but the mac and cheese was kinda disappointing. More lumpy than creamy, like the sauce broke.Great local BBQ, glad I tried it and will definitely be back.
You want a foodgasm come here 🤡🤘🏻
The food was very good and the orginal barbecue sauce was extremely good!!
The Brisket Sandwich that I received tasted awful. It was the first meal that I've purchased from Troys BBQ that I immediately threw into the trash. The macaroni and cheese was uneatable and that's saying alot for someone that loves macaroni and cheese. The first indication of a problem was when I found about 1 1/2 inches of a greasy liquid in the bottom of the plastic bag. The liquid did not appear to come from any containers. The Brisket Sandwich happened to be the one on the bottom. The other 2 meals appeared to be fine. When I called the location to complain the manager effectively called me a liar and hung on me. Some customer service. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ANY BUSINESS THAT DOES NOT STAND BEHIND ITS PRODUCT.
Really good place. Sorry healthy eating
I love the ribs, and the smoked ckicken. Also, wednesday they have great wings and thursday is beef ribs! I saw that some people gave negative reviews because the brisket is too fatty, they are very accommodating if you want it cut a certain way just ask them.
Was watching the American BBQ Showdown on Netflix and decided we wanted some good BBQ for dinner. Most the reviews were great online and everybody else seemed to give it five stars so we decided on Troy’s for dinner. Showed up around 7pm on a Saturday night and the parking lot was completely empty. I thought they were closed until we walked in, there was one table sat in the whole place. The girl told us that they only had ribs and chicken for proteins and macaroni and baked beans for sides at the moment. I thought that was strange. We asked if they were baby back ribs and she said no they were spare. Didn’t sound appetizing one bit but my fiancé thought it’d be okay so we stayed. Not only the worst BBQ I’d ever had but the worst food I’d ever eaten out at a restaurant. We got the ribs, Mac n cheese, and baked beans. The server brought our food out in about three minutes. I’m not even sure he bothered to heat it up in the microwave. I took total three bites off the dry, skimpy spare rib and had to spit two bites out in a napkin because it was nothing but hard grissle I couldn’t even, nor wanted to chew through. The baked beans were cold and tasted like some kind of icing-sweet carrot cake. The Mac n cheese was the best thing on the plate but it wasn’t anything to write home about. Tasted like cold instant Mac n cheese. My mom said she saw a dead roach on the floor and the women’s bathroom door wouldn’t shut (literally, it was stuck open about three feet). The family bathroom was under construction. The sweet tea sucked. We asked the server why there was a limited menu and he said it was because they had sold out of everything just before we got there. Somehow I wasn’t so sure. We were there all of twenty minutes. Our bill was $65. There’s a smoker out front but I’m pretty sure it’s just for aesthetics. We haven’t been out to eat in a long time so I was really looking forward to a good experience and some good food, but they definitely dropped the ball on us. I’m a server myself so I think I have a better understanding than most but dang, this place sucked. I think we would’ve rather gotten TV dinners for the night and watched our bbq show at home.
Great food and service. We've been several times and always enjoy ourselves. We sat outside, got the family meal and took more home. The ribs were great, we like to mix the sauces.
We have been here ordering food three times and three times they have forgot the barbecue sauce I don't see how this can be possible because BBQ is all about the barbecue sauce I would not recommend going here because BBQ can only be enjoyed with barbecue sauce also I placed an order for other food and the whole order wasn't in the bag one of my biggest pet peeves when ordering out I do not recommend this place.Sorry :(
EXCELLENT! AS ALWAYS!!!!

Excellent brisket and ribs tips. Will definitely be bringing my friends with me next time.
I have the smoked chicken every time! and the house sauce and potato salad. I absolutely love this place. home away from home. I moved from Ohio and my family owns a smoked bbq place and it reminds me of home. thank you so much!!! just a thought. maybe you could do fresh fried pork rinds with powder spices!
Great food and service. I look forward to returning soon.
Food is amazing haven't tried anything I didn't enjoy 😋
