Went for brunch on Sunday, got chicken n waffles and it was delicious. Bottomless mimosas were very reasonable priced. Definitely worth checking out

This hotel was the worst Embassy Hotel ever. I have never seen an Embassy in such poor condition inside and outside. The roach infested rooms, bloody bed pillows, moldy smell, broken toilets, and electrical issues were beyond belief.

We are from south Florida and still have family that live down there, so we visit as often as we can. We used this stay as a time to get away, and let our loved ones enjoy their space on the weekend as well. Embassy suites never disappoints with how accommodating they are during your stay. Starting with the bottled waters, drink tickets and breakfast vouchers..we love having a suite especially with a balcony. The hotel does show its age, that’s the only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5.

The staff at check in was wonderful. The room was sub par. The outlet cover to the right in the bedroom was laying on the floor. When I tried plugging something in, the outlet pushed into the wall. Not safe but at least my kids weren’t with me. Pillows were extremely soft and firm pillows could not be provided (could have brought my own). Remote in bedroom was only partially functional but that’s a luxury. There was loud rap music that woke me up early both mornings. Breakfast was horrible but some hotels still aren’t even providing hot breakfast so that is now a luxury as well. No flavor and didn’t even bother going on day two. Mask wearing policy was not strictly enforced but I know they don’t get paid to police everyone. Trash all over the parking lot. Expected more from Embassy.

Great comfortable stay for work trip! We really enjoyed the large, delicious breakfast. Would stay here again! Friendly staff and nice rooms. Recommend using the Hilton honors application to book rooms.

Room had a very musty smell to it. Property was clean but they seem to have an issue with some clientele that like to smoke weed in their rooms which then permeated into my room. Property is starting to look very worn. Toilets do not flush very well and require multiple flushes to clear. Great water pressure in shower!

The hotel staff is amazing and we had wonderful and friendly service. But the rooms are dingy with chipped walls and stains, the decor dated, and overall not up to modern standards. The breakfast was good and people love the manager's reception. The hotel seems to be serious about COVID safety.

Air filter in the room looks like never changed. Dirty lamps, no blankets and pillow in one bed. I called front desk and they put me in hold for 10 minutes to order blankets and pillow and never answered. I went down and they deliver the pillows at 12:20am. Unacceptable

The front desk staff at check in/out were warm and efficient. We really likely both people who helped us. While a little dated, I still love an atrium hotel so I liked it here. The room was a proper suite, felt clean, and everything functioned. All public areas felt clean. The problem is that the rooms need a DEEP CLEAN. There were so many discolored marks on the walls and doors. I think daily housekeep is doing their job well, but nobody in management ever schedules a deep clean. Plus the bathroom fixtures were installed unprofessionally (like a 1 star hotel) and the TVs are SO OLD! Yet I would still stay here with measured expectations and at the right price. I love a suite, like the location, and hopefully will get the free breakfast next time. In fact I already have another room booked.

We were in town moving our grandaughter to start college- We walked in room the bed skirt had a 2 ft tear, bed looked like it had been laid on, there was white stuff all over the bath room counter. There was hair inbetween the head board and mattress-The couch had a very musty old cologne smell- Since I am a housekeeper at a hotel up north- This is difficult for me to write- I know how difficult the job is, At breakfast the next morning the chef was unpleasant an spoke to us as if we were bothering him, the french toast an bacon were cold an we were the first guest in at opening 7 am. Very disappointed!

Embassy Suites always delivers on the breakfast. This hotel was no different. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The cruise terminal is an easy drive away. The staff was friendly and helpful and the gym was more than sufficient for a quick workout upon arrival. I've stayed here on two different trips and will stay again the next time I cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale.

Extremely good. Great service and great waiters and bartenders. One of the best hotel restaurants I’ve been in.

Not just bad service, NO service for 30 min from arrival. Went to fetch server, ordered, then waited 20 min more for our WATER. If food not here in another 10, then full media attack.

Had an amazing grilled peach salad for dinner during my stay at the Embassy Suites. The morning breakfast was very good too!
