My first experience here was a lot better than my second. This time I didn't eat in and ordered pickup and my food wasn't made correctly. I asked for sauce on the side which it wasn't, I was offered for them to remake but I was on my lunch break and couldnt stay. Now after opening my food, I wish I would have. The sauce completely overwhelmed my whole meal, it was more spicy than anything. Also, the amount of steak I got was bunny pellets. Also, when I set up my account I received $10 off which I selected when placing my order only to find out that it wasn't removed and I was told by employee that there's nothing they can do about it. This place is too expensive to not finish your food or even want to eat it. Unfortunately I just wasted $26.

Been here several times because my teenage daughter likes the place. Management has no clue how to train their employees. My office ordered lunch from them for a team meeting and they were almost an hour late getting it to the driver and they missed several meals in our order. They are consistently bad. Every time I’ve been there with my daughter the staff walks around aimlessly not knowing what to do. They need a better ownership group. The food is fair at best. So many better bowl places. Skip this one

Today was my first time trying this restaurant, and I will say for the salmon that I had Tasted a bit fishy with absolutely no flavor. Cookies are OK. Customer Service was amazing. It was very clean and calm atmosphere. and I had a strawberry banana smoothie. It was Very sweet and very watery. I hate to sound like I’m being a negative Nancy, but this is just my honest review. I read some good Reviews thank you for your service, but it’s Hard NO

I had a great experience at Vale Healthy Kitchen in Boca Raton. Everything was very fresh, delicious, and truly healthy. I really liked the wide variety of options they offer you can choose from suggested dishes on the menu or create your own meal, with different portion sizes, prices, and flavors to fit your preferences.
The service was excellent. The staff was very attentive, friendly, and professional. Even close to closing time, they remained extremely kind, helpful, and dedicated to providing great service, which really made a difference.
Overall, I highly recommend this place. It’s comfortable, healthy, and pleasant the perfect spot to enjoy a tasty, nourishing meal in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back. 😋🌱💯
