I have eaten here frequently. This is a build your own type of place but they have many other set menu options. Tons of healthy, vegan options that are also delicious, including desserts. I have had lots of variations of their salads and bowls, and look forward to trying their smoothies in the future. Lots of gluten-free options as well. Great environment. First time in and Tasha took her time helping to explain everything and guide us through all the delicious options. We will definitely be back, this might just be one of our local favorites after this visit. Do try, you won't be disappointed!

I'm trying to start getting in shape again, and wanted variety from home-cooked meals. I tried Vale three times for a healthy alternative. The food tastes decent--though almost suspiciously too "tasty" for a place that seems to brand itself as a healthy option--but they don't have any nutrition data available, while places like Bolay do. Why won't they publish it? I asked the employees there, and also sent an inquiry to corporate but never heard back....
