DO NOT GO TO THE FORT MYERS LOCATION! Placed an Uber Eats pick up order and they missed an item. I always check to make sure my order is complete before driving off. They missed a whole loaf of bread so I sent my fiancé back in with the receipt and they turned him back and said no it was included. Again, I sent him back in with all the items and they yelled and said he was a thief and trying to steal bread like are you kidding me?! I usually go to the Vicky's in Miami and was so excited to finally have one close to home but I WILL NOT be returning! I will be contacting corporate as well.
Nada son muy informales con sus servicios en varias ocasiones e puesto órdenes y los kakes los han cambiado . No creo q sea un buen lugar para ordenar para fiestas
Stop by with my son this morning to pick up breakfast. Everything was absolutely phenomenal! From how delicious everything was to how impeccably clean the whole store is and how incredibly nice the owner and staff is. I cannot wait to go back again. Super happy to finally have a Vicky bakery in Fort Myers.
Super cold inside. Coffee not served hot. Too bad.

I love this place. I come here maybe 3 times a week for coffee and get my work done. The atmosphere is amazing, with super friendly staff, and AMAZING coffee. And the pastry is fantastic tastes just like my mother made it back home. Would highly recommend it.
PS: Yes there is a language barrier but the workers try their best to communicate. 10/10

I recently visited Vicky Bakery in Boca Raton and was truly impressed by the exceptional customer service they provided. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any questions I had made my experience delightful.
The Cuban pastries at Vicky Bakery are a true delight! Each pastry was freshly baked, perfectly flaky, and filled with delicious flavors that reminded me of authentic Cuban baking. The aroma of the pastries filled the bakery, tempting me to try more than just one, and each bite was a taste of heaven.
Not only are the pastries outstanding, but the coffee at Vicky Bakery is a must-try. The rich and bold Cuban coffee served here is the perfect complement to the sweet pastries. It's evident that they take pride in their coffee preparation, as each cup was brewed to perfection.
I also had the opportunity to taste their sandwiches, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations. The ingredients were fresh, the bread was toasted to perfection, and the flavors of each sandwich were a culinary delight. Whether you're in the mood for a light snack or a hearty meal, Vicky Bakery's sandwiches are a great choice.
Furthermore, the cleanliness of the location was impeccable. The bakery was spotless, and the display cases were well-maintained, showcasing the beautiful array of pastries and treats available. The attention to cleanliness added to the overall pleasant ambiance of the bakery.
In conclusion, Vicky Bakery in Boca Raton is a gem that offers not only delicious Cuban pastries, coffee, and sandwiches but also top-notch customer service and a clean, inviting environment. I highly recommend this bakery to anyone looking for a taste of authentic Cuban flavors and a wonderful dining experience.

It's a Cuban bakery. The desserts look great, but the selection of pre made hot snacks was slim. My Cuban sandwich was ok, nothing special.

Man, they charge near $5 for each empanada and it only has like one table spoon of meat. This applies to every other pastry. Guess ill have to go to Miami to get the real stuff

This was my first Vickey experience. It was a friend's recommendation. I had not tried Cuban food much and he swears by their food. Our service was great and helpful. We tried many different items and can't remember what it all was called. Everything tasted authentic and was delicious!

Place has a few selections of Breakfast items and desserts. Pastries are okay, but anything that needs to be made-to-order takes SOOOO long. The wait was approx 35 min for 2 sandwiches. They never acknowledged our wait or even looked our way as we stood there waiting. When we inquired about our order, she asked if we had ordered on-line (the same lady that actually took our order!!!) When the order was finally ready, it was missing a sandwich. And that was a whole other issue. Lady looked at us like we were lying. She didn’t even acknowledge their mistakes or apologize for our whole experience. Overall, workers were not friendly and seemed to have an attitude. I’d def encourage some customer service training for this entire staff!! I would never come back nor recommend this place.

Incompetent. Didn’t even have the pick up order ready. Wrapped the order and was messy. Staff didn’t even speak in English to me. Awful.
