Disappointing Valentine’s Day Experience
The manager was extremely rude and yelled at me, stating that the only available tables were in the sun. The tone and attitude were completely inappropriate and made me feel very uncomfortable. I was so upset that I decided to leave immediately.
I have never been treated this way in a restaurant before. It was a very upsetting experience, especially on a day that was meant to be special.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure that no other guest is treated in this manner.

We had a wonderful experience at Villagio in Boca Raton today, from the moment we walked in. We were seated promptly, and the hostess graciously accommodated our request for a specific section. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient throughout our visit.
We interacted with three team members—our server and two assistants—who made sure we always had beverages, bread, and our food delivered promptly. Everyone was warm, professional, and clearly focused on providing excellent service. As the manager put it, they worked as a team.
The Italian music created the perfect atmosphere, and the large windows made the dining experience especially enjoyable. The food was outstanding. We started with the lentil soup, which was hot and perfect for a particularly cold day in South Florida. That was followed by a delicious Caesar salad with anchovies, and we finished with the lobster ravioli, which was excellent.
Sorry I don’t have more photos—everything looked so delicious that we jumped right in and forgot to take them!
Overall, Villagio delivered on atmosphere, service, and food. I highly recommend this restaurant and very much look forward to going back.

I gotta tell you it was a great experience. Nice atmosphere spacious and friendly. A general manager I believe his name is Nour is very professional and friendly. I’m a stickler for having my food very hot. He told me no problem when I got it. I thought it was overcooked salmon, but on the contrary, it was super hot crispy on the outside soft in the middle and the best salmon I’ve ever had. The spinach with it was very tasty. I topped it off with a Beautiful tiramisu. We have a mousse texture and it was worth the calories. I’m coming back for sure. Highly recommended.

This was my first time there. Definitely will be back. The mussels were very flavorful. The Risotto Frutti Di Mare was excellent. My server Chris and George topped it off with great service. Ver attentive and pleasant.

I’ve been a customer for years and used to have great experiences at the former Coral Gables location, which always maintained a high standard of quality, cleanliness, and customer care — making the contrast with this visit very noticeable.
At this location, I was served dirty plates and a dirty glass, which immediately compromised the experience. The food itself was also well below expectations, lacking the flavor, presentation, and attention to detail that I had come to expect from this restaurant.
What once felt special now belongs to the past — a kind of experience that no longer exists and won’t be revisited.

If I could give zero stars I would. Upon walking in the host had such an attitude and didn’t even know where the reservation book was. They ran out of ALL Coca Cola products and their pizza oven broke during the busiest time of the year. They did not care AT ALL- provided zero service. I had to ask for water 10 times and eventually go up to the bar to get some. The food is inedible, do yourself a favor and skip this spot.

I was sitting outside on the side of the restaurant, and the experience was simply amazing. The food was incredible — I ordered the Frutto di Mare risotto, and honestly, it was the best risotto I’ve ever had in my life.
Aryane, who was the busser, was super sweet and very pleasant the entire time.
My server came to the table only three times during the whole visit, but even with the limited interactions, she was also very nice and attentive.
