2/15/2025- Review for Vellagio Restaurant:
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Vellagio, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Chef Josue truly outdid himself with the dishes we tried—the lobster was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, while the risotto was creamy and rich, with just the right balance of seasoning. Every bite was a testament to his skill and passion for culinary excellence.
To top it off, our waiter, Dida, was absolutely spectacular. His attentiveness, knowledge of the menu, and warm demeanor made the evening even more enjoyable. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable dining experience, and his recommendations were spot-on.
Overall, Vellagio is a gem of a restaurant, combining exceptional food with outstanding service. I can’t wait to return and try more of Chef Josue’s creations, and I hope to have Dida as our waiter again. Highly recommend!

We sat at the bar and had the best time. Jasmine and Amber were so friendly and attentive. They made us feel so welcome and we will 100% be back to see them. We had bruschetta and ravioli and both were phenomenal

Dear Villagio Management,
I would like to share my impressions of our visit to your restaurant yesterday. We arrived at 9:45 PM, and the waiter informed us that the restaurant was closing. However, after checking Google, we saw that the closing time was listed as 11:00 PM. We assured the waiter that we would not cause any inconvenience and requested two glasses of prosecco and the octopus dish.
We are regular customers of your restaurant, truly appreciate your cuisine and service, and always recommend you to others. However, yesterday, there was an unfortunate misunderstanding. The waiter was very kind and seated us, and within about 15 minutes, our order was on the table.
However, before the waiter approached us, a man in a suit removed the white tablecloth from him and made it clear that our table would be set without it. This was quite unpleasant and, in our opinion, unacceptable in terms of service. We would like to understand the reason behind his behavior toward us.
I would like to emphasize that the waitstaff and kitchen, as always, were excellent. However, the behavior of this man left a negative impression, making us feel unwelcome at the restaurant.
I would appreciate any clarification regarding this situation.

And I felt like my cousin that I hadn’t seen in years was treating me at his home. I felt like family reunion
We spent 5 hours there without being rushed
The chef came out to meet us, to my surprise I tend to his kids at my dental practice for several years
I saw how everyone get out of their way to make you feel at home
Not every Valentine’s Day you get superb service, which is what we got
2 star Michelin quality food
Needless to say, it will be a regular spot from here on

In from out of town. Sat at the bar with Jasmine and George. It started quiet but got quite busy, but they stayed on top of it. Attentive, cheerful service and a great lamb special. Strong work.

Reserved a table knowing it was not going to be a normal night given the fixed menu and it was New Year's eve. Was okay paying over $400, but was hoping for something more than horrible service and very mediocre food. #never again

New Years Eve debacle!!! Dinner service in under an hour. Is this a restaurant or a pit stop. Definitely quantity over quality. Rushed, complete cattle experience. If you have a set menu. It shouldn't be that hard. Food was well below expectations versus the price charged. Absolutely criminal to charge what they did for a 3 course dinner. We were 5 people. 4 of us ordered steak and not one of them as ordered. All the same. Why ask?
Our server was nice, she tried. I don't even blame her. I blame management. For example, when pouring a glass of wine- it's not a beer. She almost filled the glass. I tipped her because, honestly, I believe this is managments fault, not hers. Train your staff properly.Back to the food. Insalata caprese. Sent the pic to my cousin in Italy. He's still laughing. Side dishes, mash potatoes brutal. Veggies on the side so soft they were gross. If you want an example of Italian American gone seriously wrong, yup, you found it. Or let me do you the favour and just avoid this place like the plague!! You think Amex will refund me for compassionate reasons?

Enjoyed pasta dishes at this restaurant. Bruchetta and bread tasty. Prices are on the higher sie . Would avoid pizza and spicy Margherita. Seating is crowded inside and more so outside .
