Came here for Father’s Day to eat at the tiki bar and use the pool. Food was OK. Drinks were very high priced but the pool was absolutely filthy. The pool area had towels ,cups and food all over the floor and there was no pool attendant cleaning up this is probably the worst tiki pool area I have ever been in and considering that it’s in Boca is even worse. Kids were running around the pool, throwing animals into the pool that they caught from the dock no supervision no pool attendant.

This place offers a picturesque waterfront dining experience with delicious seafood dishes and attentive service. Perfect for enjoying a meal with stunning ocean views.

Appetizers had old guacamole and stale corn chips, don’t add the veggies order as you might end with stomach aches from old cucumbers.
The location has a view of the draw bridge crossing A1A toward E Camino Real road that brought all kind of flies and mosquitoes while seated in a combined bar/pool/eating area with the bar server covered the bar and eating area.
Highly recommended to avoid this palace at all cost as the value for cost is exorbitant

Parking: Valet parking at $14+tips had terrible service, could not find the parking attendant to retrieve my car; had the front desk person call him back to the valet desk to give me the car key and drove resentful at the service for a Hilton - Curio facility that I was told that it has been recently renovated and upgraded. Stay as far away as possible

The chicken wings had no flavor tasted like they were cooked the day before. Never had wings that tasted that bad. The guacamole

Prime sea food not, their food and drinks are not worth the price, the view perhaps is the only motive why someone would come to this restaurant, my friend seemed to be pleased with his burger so I gather this is the perfect place to have a burger by the inlet but definitely not seafood nor drinks unless you are staying at the hotel without any other options to order or leave and grab some fresh wild caught see food.

Tried to call early to get a reservation but there is a phone shunt and there is no human to talk to. Checked into hotel at 6pm. Guest status means nothing. We check in with the hostess at Sea Spray who informed us that we had an 1.5 hour wait for a table. We sat at the bar downing overpriced drinks until I felt the need to write this review. It is now 7:40 and no table in sight.

Top place, great view, very good food and staff...and by the way, I worked there back in 98-99 (the old Watercolors), all very professional.

Best Place for Mimosas in Boca with a Post Card View of the Inlet.

We attending a Saturday night wedding at the Addison, that started at 7. The outdoor venue was beautiful but the weather was 90 degrees and it was very uncomfortable. The wedding and the cocktail hour was in the atrium with no air conditioning. Appetizers were delicious but it was too hot to really enjoy them and very little seating. We were allowed in the banquet hall at 8:15 to find our seats. Dinner orders were taken and we were served salads at 8:30. There were the wedding party introductions, toasts, and first dances but no food. Our dinner arrived at 9:30. Food for dinner was also very good but by the time we got it, it was too late to really enjoy our meal. There was no wedding cake, but dessert was served at 11:15pm. Some people had left before that. I was told the venue sets the schedule, not the wedding party, so anyone looking to book this venue, should ask a lot of questions. I would not recommend this venue for a traditional wedding. It ran much too late.
