I had to make corrections and confirm that I had my order once more. I'm not sure how many times I had to reiterate my request at the window before she either understood or gave in. The fact that this is not the first time at this place makes it extremely frustrating. Before you pay, you must undoubtedly verify what they put down.

I was going from one appointment to another without time for a good lunch and passed Wendy's. It was quick. The burger was ok.
I went at 2:00 am and I ordered a small burger and a couple fried items… the whole restaurant smelled like 2 day old frying oil/some old grease under the grill, the weird part it my food smelled exactly the same. I through away every single thing besides the burger which also smelled funny, now I believe I have food poisoning….do not order food here anymore something has happened to the place recently.

I went to Wendy’s the other night, asked for a grilled chicken sandwich and they ignored my order and gave me fried food. A little bit after a couple hours after that fried gave me diarrhea. I want the grilled sandwich and the person that took her order ignored what I wanted she ignored me when I told her thrilled. It went over a freaking hat. She totally ignored my order. I will never be going to this Wendy’s ever again.
