I went to Wendy’s the other night, asked for a grilled chicken sandwich and they ignored my order and gave me fried food. A little bit after a couple hours after that fried gave me diarrhea. I want the grilled sandwich and the person that took her order ignored what I wanted she ignored me when I told her thrilled. It went over a freaking hat. She totally ignored my order. I will never be going to this Wendy’s ever again.

Pretty pathetic when somebody goes to pick up 2 bowls of chili for a customer, already waiting 10 or more minutes in the drive thru, also being told to pull up to the window, just for the drive thru woman to tell me to come inside to get it. It's pathetic when I for one have worked in restaurants, and chili is something that can easily be ready quickly. Im sure it's kept in a warmer like most places. So incompetent in doing their job. Do better

I visit this location often and I can honestly say it is the best Wendy’s location in terms of great customer, timeliness, and food quality. Every time I visit there is this one particular lady in drive thru, who is I believe the manager. She has the nicest personality I’ve ever experienced with fast food. I only come for breakfast and see her all the time. She’s fantastic! I did not get her name but I visited on 11/5/24 at around 7:30am.

The worst service I’ve ever had anywhere, the woman in the drive through was so rude.
(not a troll, ignore the name) this location is just HORRIBLE. made me and my family wait more than 15 minutes. we ended up leaving. the people who were in front of us (what I saw) had their order completely altered, and ruined. don’t come to this location if you want horrible service !!

Worst service in town. This is the second week I came back here, just to sit on the drive through lime for 10 minutes a car. I don't know what they're doing back there to take so long with each order, but I see many people(including myself) eventually straight up leaving. This location really needs to tighten up.
