This decline in quality is both disappointing and unacceptable. The food quality offered by restaurants in general appears to be deteriorating. We are no longer being offered the same product quality that was served years ago. For a fast food restaurant, Wendy's, in particular, used to offer excellent service and food quality. It is incumbent upon the customer to continue demanding better service and product quality, and to stop accepting this awful presentation and poor product, especially as the prices are absurdly high for this type of food.

This is one of the best fast food restaurants I’ve even gone to. The staff is awesome(friendly, courteous, professional). It’s by far the cleanest place. Inside, bathroom and outside.

I went and got a kids meal for my son. Asked for an extra BBQ sauce at the window and was told it was 25 cents. I didn't have a quarter and I wasn't going to have them ring my card again for it. Got home and NO sauce was in the bag at all. How disappointing! Are they that pressed they can't give an extra sauce to a 9 year old? He was not satisfied eating nuggets and fries with no dipping sauce! Who would be?

Food was horrible I stopped for breakfast Had a #8 with coffee. To go. The fries was cold and the muffin with egg cheese, and sausage was cold not even a full piece of cheese. Coffee was horrible. I will never ever frequent this place again.

I had lunch here recently while I was on a job in the area. I was impressed at how that shift of young women handled the rush and provided the best customer service to senior citizens I've ever seen outside of Chick-fil-A. Take care of the that crew!

Late night, very late dinner, we hit the drive through at 9:30pm for cheeseburgers. Not speedy but not slow, it was easy to order at the speaker and pick up the food at the window.
Junior cheeseburgers were assembled properly with the right toppings. Delicious. It's hard to get this wrong and they did not today.
I've been to some excellent Wendy's and some terrible ones. This one is A-OK.
Good friendly service and accommodating if needed sonething.

I am extremely disappointed for the second time in a row from the store. We ordered sandwiches for our staff at a local business and as you can see this is what a single with cheese looks like. I probably will not be coming back. I attempted to eat it, but there’s no cheese no tomato no lettuce. It was a bad experience.

Went there on 1-20-25 @ around 4pm & again on 1-21-25 @ 11:45am. The kid/boy working the drive thru is terrible. No amount of training will help him in customer service and the retail industry. Do yourself a favor and part ways with him.

last time i came here i ordered a mcflurry and the wendys worker threw a bacon egg and cheese straight at my face and i ended up having surgery in the frying pan due to the bacon having e coli outbreak i 100% recommend coming here because the diddy service is proficeint
