I am extremely disappointed for the second time in a row from the store. We ordered sandwiches for our staff at a local business and as you can see this is what a single with cheese looks like. I probably will not be coming back. I attempted to eat it, but there’s no cheese no tomato no lettuce. It was a bad experience.

Went there on 1-20-25 @ around 4pm & again on 1-21-25 @ 11:45am. The kid/boy working the drive thru is terrible. No amount of training will help him in customer service and the retail industry. Do yourself a favor and part ways with him.

last time i came here i ordered a mcflurry and the wendys worker threw a bacon egg and cheese straight at my face and i ended up having surgery in the frying pan due to the bacon having e coli outbreak i 100% recommend coming here because the diddy service is proficeint

Staff very rude and will easily catch an attitude with you over anything. That one tall lady that works there. I believe her name is “Diolouna” as it said on my receipt, is very nasty and rude. Also, the store filled with roaches crawling all over the place. Dirtiest fast food store I’ve been to. I’ve been there before during lunch and late night and both are not good when it comes to service. The drive thru cashier love to rush you to drive off so you don’t mess up their “time” but when you notice they messed up your order, they become aggressive and it’s like they want to fight. Im not returning to this store ever again.

The service was good and the employees were amazing but the store is dirty. I saw roaches crawling all over the damn cookies up front. The girl up front I guess didn’t notice but like that is disgusting. There was even a dead roach near the teas in the lobby. I will never return to this store ever again and I’ll be sure to let everyone I know be aware of this store. Whoever is the store manager needs to tidy up his/her store.
Routinely park you to avoid increasing their window time, then don't actually bother to bring you your food for 10+ minutes.
Uses a large metal bucket to trick sensor.
This is as much a problem with window times being used as a metric as it is a store problem.

Service is horrible here... I stood in front of the register for 6mins and was not even acknowledged. They will look right at you and not even say a word. I had a Service call and could not wait any longer and had to leave. Sad this is what the Service industry has gone to.
