Not sure where to start. Brian, George and crew at the bar - the best! And the sushi is the freshest, most delicious you can find. Everyone is so nice, friendly and accommodating - you must stop by! And Yozo is a master. Let him do his magic. A simple role, some amazing sashimi, omakase, or happy hour - go!
This sushi pizza is not even on the menu yet! It must be the heathest pizza that I've ever had! Sushi salmon and tuna on a rice crust and I wish that I took a better pic to show all the colors of the dressing and presentation.
Thanks to thier mixologist Brian Seeman and his presentation that we got to enjoy this awesome sushi pizza that included salmon and tuna shusi on a crispy rice bed that amounted to the most healthy pizza that I have ever had the privilege of consuming. I must say oh, so good and unique to Zen Sushi of west boca. I encourage everyone to order it even before you check the rest of the menu just to share as an appetizer or a meal. Seems so much better to get while waitingfor the rest of your meal. Oh so yummy đ

We love Zen! Weâre regulars, and the staff always makes us feel like family. The food is incredible (the lobster bomb roll is to die for), but itâs the friendly and attentive staff that keeps us coming back. Recommendations for food include the lobster bomb, of course, dumplings, tuna pizza, and the tuna tower with salmon skin. But regardless of what you order, you wonât be disappointed!

So disappointedâŠwe had been going to Zen Sushi for about a year now. Always a good experience. This week, we went and I ordered the Orange Roll with a simple glass of ice water. The water had the most VILE taste ever. Almost a joke! I asked, and they said it comes from their soda machine. Which makes me wonder how clean their machine actually isâŠit was disgustinh. Then, my roll had crunchy, chewy and cold rice which was evident that the sushi was not freshly made. Clearly it was refrigerated, or the rice wasnât fresh, or one or both. Also, the service is just âokâ. The servers just donât seem happy to be there and it shows. Bad food, dirty water, and just âokâ service = finding another go-to sushi restaurant. What a bummer!

Always so consistent! The best sushi and the best bartender! Brian had us try the pizza sushi and was beyond amazing! Come try it you wonât be disappointed. BTW the best happy hour too!

The place looks brand new and has very friendly staff. It was empty when we went so I couldn't really speak to the normal speed of service. The food was not what we were hoping for. It was not bad, but compared to other local sushi spots, it's not as good. We ordered a hot dish as well, and the flavor was also a miss. Beautiful location, but we won't return.

This is a hidden gem in the Lazy Dog Plaza off of Glades Road. They serve incredibly fresh sashimi and sushi, hubby loves their chicken pad Thai, and Iâm always trying something new. Prices are very reasonable and they have super good happy hour specials. Highly recommend if you are a Sushi fiend like me.

Not bad, but not amazing. Your definitely paying for it being in the trendy "uptown boca". Have had better sushi with more flavor at hole in the wall places. Overpriced to sit in a big sterile boring room crowded with tables with no atmosphere.
