Holiday Restaurant is a great local diner in Bonifay with amazing food. We stopped in on a Tuesday morning and it was busy, which was nice to see. Service was quick and friendly. Food came out hot and was very tasty! We met the family (D’de, Kevin, Steve, Barry) that owns the restaurant and they have a great story also. Their mother, Frances Aust Gardner, is leading the charge and working every day, seven days a week. She is still busy in the kitchen every day! Very good...

My husband and I come here often. Today when we decided to have lunch, we thought we might try the lunch at the Holiday. There wasn't really anyone there yet, so I asked the waitress if I could try a very small sample of the chicken and dumplings, because I was undecided on meatloaf and the chicken and dumplings. I was told that the cook said they will not allow it. I'm not really sure what it would have hurt to let me try, but apparently it would have broken some sort...
