Why are there no changing tables in the bathrooms?

Every time we go through here we order on the app. And every time they leave out items on our order that are clearly written on the receipt. They forgot the soft drink, milk and a burger today alone. So you either have to go back in and get the items they forgot or if you’ve already driven off, you’re just out of luck. Better just stop at the Hardee’s across the road.

I went through the drive thru so that is that. Service was fine but my food yesterday was not good. Our quarter pound burgers were extremely salty, fries were not fresh, the McKrisp were a disappointment but the Dr. Pepper was good. I have eaten here many times and this was by far the worst. Not sure why.

Went thur drive thur. The lady at the pay window was very nice and bubbly like she loved her job. Husband said the food was good.

Please train employees to rotate taking orders between left and right drive-thrus so that one side does not sit there and watch the other filter through endlessly. Particularly whoever was working 1/3/25 at 3:30.

Horrible always missing items, given wrong order, over charged, burt or soggy food
Missing items from my order, and the staff was very rude when I brought it to their attention.

I used to be the breakfast cook until Ivan told me to pick up a sausage patty off the ground I dropped with those tongs and put it in a usual customers biscuit, the same dude fired from his correctional officer job for selling drugs to the inmates. I left a decade ago but as an adult I figured I'd let the good ppl know now. Ivan the general manager in case ppl needed clarity. I told Ozzie, a manager, the gay black guy that works there, and he said "so what". I believe he works in the chipley location now....sorry I just needed that off my chest
