This is worth the stop. Screen porch dining with a daily special. Burger basket is hefty (go for the Queen not King) with delish burger, bun, fries and slaw. Love the creamy slaw. Ample soda drinks too. Can’t wait to go back for a grilled honey bun!

I have been passing this place by for many years and I'm sorry I didn't stop sooner. The family that runs it are absolutely great and so friendly. The food is amazing and fresh. I highly recommend you stop at this little mom and pop place. They make great desserts as well ❤️.

A spectacular find on the corner of the road in the middle of the country. The burgers are so fresh with quality meat, & toppings. The fresh hand-cut fries are very flavorful. The owner came out to talk with all customers too. The best hidden gem in the middle of Florida. My only problem is wish we had found them sooner. Definitely will return before leaving.

I enjoy taking my car (aka Fritz) for weekend drives on the back roads and this time I wanted a destination of some kind. Saw this place on my maps app, read some reviews and needed to go. Then I saw they are only open during the week and closes at two. Decision was made to take a weekday drive and to this location. It was a Wednesday I gassed up Fritz and headed across the ditch (Skyway Bridge), the toll is $1.75 now. Took usual rout thru Terra Ceia and stopped at the Bickel Indian Mound for a spell. It's a nice drive thru that area. Then I started my way out to Parrish, and let me tell you this, if you like quaint country back roads this was one of them. Now it is getting littered with house farms and strip malls with commercial eating places. I will need to find a new weekend rout which brings me to my next point, get out there and drive the back roads now before we loose them and the road side food stands like the one I am heading to now. Got to Parrish where the road construction seemed to stop. Like the reviewer stated, this place is in the middle of nowhere. Once in Parrish, I took SR62 east and drove. There is still a lot of scenery left on this road, but for how long. In the distance I see a shack, this must be the place. And like another reviewer said, don't judge a book by it's cover, you have to stop. This is a bonafide roadside food shack. Stepped inside and I could tell it was gonna be good. I ordered the cheeseburger LTO and fries basket, it even came with a side of coleslaw. Burger and fries were perfectly done, LTO were fresh and crisp. Now the coleslaw, it didn't look like something I would like, real saucy and fine chopped. Then I tasted it and couldn't put it down, it was one of the best tasting coleslaw I have had. I usually prefer the rough-cut type, but this was great. At one point, I think it was the owner, stepped out in the dining area and asked everyone how their food was, no complaints. Even if you wanted to stop and eat somewhere else, there isn't any, it's what make this place so good. Make it a point and stop here. One more thing, get out there and drive and find those roadside food joints. Peace.

Usually you have a little wait, but you can't beat the food.

I work for the fdc and forgot my food at home so I tried this place. Basically this is how it went for me. I pulled up an park, walked up to the counter and was greeted with a nice friendly lady who even made a funny joke, she took my order down and within me walking from the counter to the table within 2 minutes my food was done. Moving on to the food. I gotna bacon ranch chicken wrap and fries. The fries looked good although they were to soggy for me. The wrap though was exquisite. The flavor wasn't overpowered by any of the ingredients and the chicken excelled in flavor. Will definitely be returning and can recommend. I'll try other foods and edit this reply when I haveParking: You just pull over on the side of the road and are good to go

Every time I go to Streamsong I stop at Kings fries. The place looks like a shack that you would find in the movie Deliverance, but the food is top notch! And considering that they're out in the middle of nowhere they manage to get a lot of business. Everyone in the area knows that this is the place to go. An order of bacon is five dollars but look at the picture! You get like 10 slices of bacon!

Make sure you stop here if you're driving by. Even if it's just for a drink or a dessert, this small business is amazing and needs to be supported, especially since I didn't even find it on Google maps. Service was very quick and very friendly. I asked a lot of questions about the menu, and they answered all of them very politely in a helpful manner. If you grew up with a mom or grandma who made home-cooked meals from scratch, that, were your favorite meals, then you're going to want to stop here!

Love this quaint little place. The food was really good, the people were really nice. The owner even came out himself and asked how our lunch was. The food was really good, 10/10 would come again. Price was a bit pricey but the food was well worth it.Kid-friendliness: Just a really family oriented welcoming vibe

It was the worst over priced pizza I ever had. I don't mind a little brown. That was just to burnt for me. It was so hard and crunchy my dog wouldn't even eat
