I have been loving Annie's desserts since they were in the Boynton Beach Mall. I love their new little spot on Boynton Beach boulevard with the adorable steampunk theme. Every cake I've tried is scrumptious and their pies at Thanksgiving are a must. They've added donuts to the menu and they are phenomenal not to mention their banana bread! I highly recommend this Woman-Owned local pastry shop!!

I just recently found Annie's Cookie Factory & Pastry Shop while searching for a specific cake for my son's birthday. I wanted to make my son's birthday extra special but wanted something different than Publix bakery. I was so pleased with my experience: I had requested a chocolate-chip cookie cake for my 6 year-old son's birthday the day before his birthday (I know I was pushing the request). Nonetheless, the staff was more than happy to accommodate my request in such short notice and updated me every step of the way! Not only was the customer service exceptional, but the actual cake itself was one of the best cakes we've had in a long time! My entire family and myself agreed this was the best chocolate-chip cookie cake we've ever had, and it's not even close... I highly suggest purchasing any bakery item, and ordering any dessert/cake for any upcoming event! I will definitely be ordering from this location in the future. Highly highly recommend!

I was only able to purchase cookies and a donut. The sugar cookies were average. The donut was good very thick and filling. It's a small cute place with several different slices of cake to choose from. The owner was very informative and will take order in advance.

My coworker told me to stop in and grab her something. I have never been & oh my gosh, I do not I regret it! The blueberries in the muffin were so fresh, the doughnuts are baked not fried. Everything freshly baked & melts in your mouth. I will definitely be back!

This bakery is AMAZING! The cookies feel like they just came out of the oven, so soft! The donuts are so light and fluffy, I especially love the lemon-filled one! Their chocolate cream pie is to die for! The crust is so flaky! I wish I could buy a big neon sign for this place because it’s kind of hidden away, I had no idea it was there until I just happened to drive by. More people need to be made aware of this incredible bakery. You can tell the owner puts a lot of love and care into her baking! So happy I found them!

I met Annie this morning at a Boca Boynton Chamber event. I needed a last-minute order of cupcakes for an event I was heading too in the afternoon. Not only did they rush an order FOR 30 in a matter of hours, but they were so amazingly delicious 😋 I would recommend Annie, Amanda and her team for their baked goods. Next time we will plan a little better, but we are so happy to have run into this family -owned business.

Such a diverse array of products! Where else can you find Tres Leches Cake and Sweet Potato Pie in the same bakery? So happy they opened their new location. Best Pie Crust in Palm Beach! We always order our pies and cakes from here for the holidays. Our guest cant get enough of it!

Workers was talking whole time and big black Haitian had a attitude and was loud I think I got stale cupcake and I saw her eating products off pans with her fingers
