Okkkk first of all, the manager Mrs. Green is the best. She was so sweet, funny and super professional. She went above and beyond to assist me. This lady deserves nothing but blessing. Thank you so much Mrs. Green. Amazing customer services.

Do not go to this store . Worse costumer service ever. Place an online order for a lot of pretzels for teacher appreciation week and got there the order wasn’t ready and she was rude never said sorry or anything for the inconvenience . I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager not sure if I believe that because a manager would not handled that situation like this .

Wow, just had an amazing customer service experience at Auntie Anne's in the Boynton Beach Mall! I'm a regular here, but today Tank went above and beyond to make a great impression. Bad service, bad cold product, they sold me an old pretzel, I guess I ordered it with cinnamon the whole day and I bathed it in old oil and made the cinnamon, cold and disgusting! They all serve poorly without encouraging them to buy anything. Don't go here.

I walked to the counter and they didn’t have any pepperoni nuggets. I was told it would be 15 mins. I sat down and waited for 15 mins. They told me it would be another 10 minutes. I got up after 10 mins, said it would be another 8 minutes. I left 40 mins after I placed the order. I understand I had to wait but it was almost an hour waiting for pretzels. If I was told it was going to be 40 minutes, I would’ve walked away. After all that waiting the nuggets were hard and was nasty.

My fiancé and I are just visiting, and came down to the mall for a quick bite. As we approached, the cashier was talking to someone. I don't know if they were a customer or not but FULLY blown conversation, with no acknowledgment of us. Not to mention, another lady was just standing there as well waiting. After 10 minutes of us waiting there, she finally decided to talk to us. And then rudely asked, were we ready to order like we were just standing there for our health. Without a response, she sucked her teeth and began to continue her conversation. My fiancé, asked did I want him to go up there but I refused. I hope she finds a better job because obviously she doesn't want do this one.

Love hot pretzels

In the Food court of JC PENNY mall location. A really nice food court. very clean,with good family style seating. Had lunch at Charlies Steak sandwiches,very good. and then dessert at Aunt Annies pretzel store. The servie was good,fast,polite. The almond prezel pieces were hot,and a lot of them in a bucket. They are truly gooad.Hot fresh and came with a side of sweet dip. (should get extra dip next time. so our trip to this location was outstanding. Please understand I do a lot of reviews from all over the world and I do not give fives to a lot of places that most people would. Thaat being said it is a very nice place to get a very good sweet dessert which is a bit different but one that you will go back for many times. If in the mall and go to the food court it is worth the trip to go to this Aunt Annies. The entire family will enjoy these treats.
