Mediocre, overpriced food, very slow service, dumb rules (you can’t order a pizza or appetizer as your meal, you have to order an entree as well.) we could smell the diesel fumes of the trucks from the garage that was the center of this shopping complex which is probably not the fault of the restaurant owners but definitely made the whole experience even worse. Also the extremely dim lighting and lack of natural light was probably meant to give a dark and classy ambiance but just made it feel claustrophobic and prison-like.

The only reason we left a 20% tip was because the servers and busser’s were hopping around doing a great job. The waiter was terrible. I asked for cheese he gave me a salt shaker half full. I ordered Past with garlic and oil with broccoli. I didn’t get Broccoli and how you make a bad garlic & Oil is crazy. It was awful and sat in a bowl of literal Oil. The worst I’ve ever had. The other person ordered a pasta dish with chicken. It was thick chewy chicken. Like a person who can’t cook would make. I’ve been to Domenic Three 10 times better. Take the trip West. It’s worth it

It was our 1st time trying Baciami's, and we did takeout since we live in the complex of One Boynton. Now, I usually give a little grace when it comes to ordering takeout as I know items might be slightly overcooked as they get steamed in the containers. However, everything was PERFECTLY COOKED! I ordered, among other items, medium rare steak and the lobster tails....both cooked PERFECTLY. We ordered various sides and desserts, all cooked to the correct temps. We even ordered a Caprese salad and they packed it with the other cold items, not with the hot. My only critique, and this is just a nit-picky thing for me, is they used Fusili pasta for the Mac and Cheese. The taste was great, but none of the yummy cheese sauce stuck to the pasta and all settled at the bottom. I've seen this at other restaurants (one place cut lasagna noodles into long strips!), you don't need to re-invent the wheel....elbow macaroni is great because the cheese gets into the hole and you get a perfectly cheesy bite every time. (Penne or Cavatapi works well too.) Otherwise, everything was fantastic and we can't wait to go back for one of the Specials nights!

A beautiful, upscale authentic Italian restaurant with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our server, Anne, made our evening complete with her cheerful attitude combined with steller service!

Enjoyed the stone crabs 1 lb portion is sufficient added a Caesar salad which was excellent as were the crabs. Cannoli for dessert was great too. Overall great evening with close friends. Hadn't been there since 2024, will be back again soon. Excellent restaurant. Not enamored by the credit card usage charge with the prices they charge, however that seems to be on the rise at restaurants today.

First time but definitely not the last. Lovely decor...old world. Wonderful service by Marco. Food was delicious and portions were large. We all had a great evening!

We enjoyed the service, food and wonderful entertainment. The presentation of the Tomahawk steak and sides was amazing and perfectly prepared. It was everything we hoped for our date night!

This was our first time at this restaurant. It was a very pretty restaurant. The menu was nice. Our server was very good and very pleasant. Our meal was delicious! We will definitely be back!

Went there for all you can eat stone crabs. Food was awesome, we did the $110 deal however, we could have done the $70 deal. Freddy our waiter was great, took care of us and did so through the meal! I highly recommend..

Vodka gimlet was not good to bitter. The stone crab were delicious. We had a very relaxing evening catching up.

It was a quiet Monday evening at the restaurant; however, the piped-in music was played so very loud that it was difficult to hear at the table of six. They did lower it after our repeated urging. They said they could not lower the sound any further. It made for an unpleasant experience. The service was excellent.

Celebrated my birthday with a group of 20 at Baciami. We had a private room. Very elegant. The wait staff was so attentive. I will definitely come back.
