Found a piece of hair in my food after starting to eat it. When we brought it to the servers attention she did not apologize or offer to make it right, instead accused me of eating too much of the plate. Server said I ate the whole bagel which was brought out before the main course that contained the hair. They explained it’s the holidays I should be more understanding. Simply will not be returning, nor recommend. The one on hypoluxo is much better.

It's the second time I went in to pick up bagels the person behind the counter was rude. Today I walked out . I asked her why was she being so rude to me. Had breakfast there and the servers were rude.

Seen it for years, first time going there this morning. Ordered a banana nut muffin, and it did not taste like a banana nut muffin, it was horrible. Took two bites and tossed it in the trash. Not sure how it could have tasted so disgusting. Joey’s bakery is so much better.

Such a friendly, local-feel bagel spot! Everyone was so kind and they even gave my toddler a cookie, which completely made his morning. The bagels and cream cheese we picked up were delicious, fresh, and exactly what you want to start the day. So glad we found this place… definitely our new go-to for morning bagels!

My husband had an egg bacon and cheese bagel and has had horrible food poisoning ever since. I’ve seen another post of food poisoning from someone else too with the roast beef. We used to love this place but looks like they are having issues. Either the egg or bacon was bad making me think that maybe they are not keeping items in a proper temperature or just dirty, just my opinion. Either way he’s incredibly ill. Be careful! This is unnecessary and a terrible thing to deal with.

Best tuna salad I’ve ever had. I don’t even like tuna. But I buy this and the bagel crisps and it’s so yummy.
cash only, however, now, i think they take credit cards, with a extra charge, which, in my opinion is wrong.....
