I have been there several times over the past few years and each time I leave the store shaking my head saying I am not coming back! The bagels are what keep me coming back…they are the best around!!! But… the counter staff are 100% of the time RUDE! It doesn’t matter if they are crowded or I am the only customer. When family visits me from out of town they always want bagels from here and their experience with the staff at the counter has always been the same as mine.

I love this place. I get bagels and cream cheese on occasions where I have guests at my house and they are fresh, warm and such a great variety of bagels to choose from. I’ve never had a bad dish there for breakfast. Service is always friendly and welcoming.

I don’t like to complain and in fact I prefer to leave reviews shrouded in positivity but this dining experience was awful. Waiters couldn’t care less about the customers and the food genuinely has no flavor. I wouldn’t feed a dog the roast beef they gave me. This place is always has good business when I go by so maybe this was a bad day? But I doubt I will be revisiting.

Best breakfast I’ve had in a very long time!!!! The pancakes were phenomenal and the white fish was the best I’ve had in Florida. I found my new spot to eat!!!!!

The BEST bagels store in all of South Florida!!!!! Would most definitely recommend to anyone looking for fresh, homemade food.
I had the worst experience trying to order a plain bagel with tuna. First, the employees just walked by me and told me to wait in line for a bagel. Then, I was told I should be in a different line by a different employee for my food. Now I’m here for about 10 minutes trying to get a bagel. lol. Then, I asked to speak to the manager and his son chimes in and said the woman that told you to wait is senile. I said,” oh an I’m supposed to know that?” Lol. It’s your employee! I walked out in disappointment and will not only never return, I will let the community know how unprofessional and it seems like they don’t care how they treat there customers. The owners son needs to adjust his attitude and not argue with customers when it’s his employee that doesn’t know where to send. Customer to order food. There are many bagels places that are better and have nice people just down the block from this place. Lefkowitz. Much better and they care if a customer walks out the door.

service was good and food was good . but paying for the food is a joke . i was in line and a old lady jumped in front of me while i was wanting to pay for my food . never go there unless u want to be pushed around by old people.
