Had a great breakfast!! I managed to get a handicapped parking spot right in front which was quite helpful. The restaurant was bustling, but I waited less than a minute for a table. One lady (who was not our server) immediately came forward and asked if we would like any hot coffee, and she continued to come over to our table to check and see if refills were needed. The waitress quickly took our order and we waited about 10 minutes for it to come from the kitchen, which was acceptable because it was VERY busy on a Saturday morning. The food was cooked well and exactly as I wanted.

Bagels are good; however, the hash browns were STIFF. Could not cut them with my knife, had to pull it apart with my fingers. Eggs were good, a little cold. Home fries were a little cold. My husband left with diarrhea caused by the roast beef that was in his sandwich.
Seating inside is extremely stuffy if you are placed towards the back.
Our waitress and host were amazing and very kind even when then were extremely busy.

First timers ordering. We catered for 15 people. We ordered the overstuffed sandwich platter with the sides. They did such a fantastic job. The sandwiches were truly overstuffed. The potato salad was so good. And—The presentation of the sandwich platter and the sides was really nice that two guests took photos. Best part is we have leftovers for tomorrow. Thanks for a great catering event!

They used to be the best bagels around years ago. Now they're not as tasty, misshapen, undercooked, burned, etc. Breakfast is ok but nothing special. The coffee isn't great. Prices are fair EXCEPT 4% CREDIT CARD FEES! Just another way to raise their profits without put them directly into the food prices. 2% or 3% would be ok but 4%? it's such a small place so on weekends it's too tough to get a table. They don't take reservations. Much better place around.

This was my first time and I was in awe of this place. Any type of warm bagels, variety of cream cheese and variety of salads. Very busy place. There was so much more than bagels. You have to go there to experience this .

I have been there several times over the past few years and each time I leave the store shaking my head saying I am not coming back! The bagels are what keep me coming back…they are the best around!!! But… the counter staff are 100% of the time RUDE! It doesn’t matter if they are crowded or I am the only customer. When family visits me from out of town they always want bagels from here and their experience with the staff at the counter has always been the same as mine.
I love this place. I get bagels and cream cheese on occasions where I have guests at my house and they are fresh, warm and such a great variety of bagels to choose from. I’ve never had a bad dish there for breakfast. Service is always friendly and welcoming.

I don’t like to complain and in fact I prefer to leave reviews shrouded in positivity but this dining experience was awful. Waiters couldn’t care less about the customers and the food genuinely has no flavor. I wouldn’t feed a dog the roast beef they gave me. This place is always has good business when I go by so maybe this was a bad day? But I doubt I will be revisiting.
