My husband had an egg bacon and cheese bagel and has had horrible food poisoning ever since. I’ve seen another post of food poisoning from someone else too with the roast beef. We used to love this place but looks like they are having issues. Either the egg or bacon was bad making me think that maybe they are not keeping items in a proper temperature or just dirty, just my opinion. Either way he’s incredibly ill. Be careful! This is unnecessary and a terrible thing to deal with.

Shocked at how disrespectful they are to their staff, berating them in front of customers. Muffins are clearly frozen and not homemade (they said they were) dishonest and mean. Would stay clear of this place.

First of all…. There ARE great bagels in Florida; but only here at Bagels& (says this NYC bagel snob 😉☺️). Everything is excellent from the bagels etc to the delicious salads and sweets OMG. AND everyone has always been helpful and friendly, even when busy!! But today Brenda went above and beyond, taking extra time to help me send chicken soup (and all the other stuff)to my sister who is far away and under the weather - it made her day to get all the delicious food. People don’t always go the extra mile- it is really appreciated!! Thank you Brenda and Robin for finding a way!!

I used to like this place until recently. First time, we found a long, black hair in our boxed pastries. We figured it was a one time mistake and decided to give them anther chance. The next time we were there we ordered pastries and saw a d*ead fly in the tray right next to the pastries they were serving us. The old woman who was grabbing the pastries just pushed the fly away about 1/4 inch away from the d*ead fly and continued to serve us. She had bare and dirty hands, and long dirty nails. They do not wear gloves while serving and are completely unsanitary. Service has also gone downhill, with clueless servers walking around ignoring customers. We're never going back, and this place should be inspected by the county health commission. They are dirty and disgusting.

I placed an order this morning for a family breakfast and used Uber eats. The order arrived and the hungry man’s breakfast was missing half the order. The two orders with eggs were terribly undercooked. The pancakes were cold and the bagels were stale. I contacted the restaurant and politely explained that this order was not complete. I was put on hold and disconnected. I called back a second time and I was told “come and pick it up” I said to them I live in Boca you are in Boynton Beach. I don’t want to drive up to receive it.” No apology and I was then directed to Uber eats they did refund the money, but I wanted to say I would never order from this place again. They were very uncooperative uncaring and rude when I called them as well as the fact that the food was horrendous. There are so many other bagel places in the Boca Delray Boynton area . I wouldn’t dare order from them again very disappointing.

Had a great breakfast!! I managed to get a handicapped parking spot right in front which was quite helpful. The restaurant was bustling, but I waited less than a minute for a table. One lady (who was not our server) immediately came forward and asked if we would like any hot coffee, and she continued to come over to our table to check and see if refills were needed. The waitress quickly took our order and we waited about 10 minutes for it to come from the kitchen, which was acceptable because it was VERY busy on a Saturday morning. The food was cooked well and exactly as I wanted.
