First of all…. There ARE great bagels in Florida; but only here at Bagels& (says this NYC bagel snob 😉☺️). Everything is excellent from the bagels etc to the delicious salads and sweets OMG. AND everyone has always been helpful and friendly, even when busy!! But today Brenda went above and beyond, taking extra time to help me send chicken soup (and all the other stuff)to my sister who is far away and under the weather - it made her day to get all the delicious food....
Had a great breakfast!! I managed to get a handicapped parking spot right in front which was quite helpful. The restaurant was bustling, but I waited less than a minute for a table. One lady (who was not our server) immediately came forward and asked if we would like any hot coffee, and she continued to come over to our table to check and see if refills were needed. The waitress quickly took our order and we waited about 10 minutes for it to come from the kitchen, which was acceptable...
Bagels are good; however, the hash browns were STIFF. Could not cut them with my knife, had to pull it apart with my fingers. Eggs were good, a little cold. Home fries were a little cold. My husband left with diarrhea caused by the roast beef that was in his sandwich.
Seating inside is extremely stuffy if you are placed towards the back.
Our waitress and host were amazing and very kind even when then were extremely busy.
