Worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Went on 11/06/21 to get a jelly donut and pumpkin spiced cold latte. FIFTEEN mins later, after watching the manager run around frantic for no reason, my drink was given to me but was wrong, there was no pumpkin spice whatsoever even though the slip on it said exactly what I wanted, and I still had no donut. When I told the cashier I had no donut she gladly gave me one. Too bad it was completely stale. Save your time, your money and your taste buds and drive to another Dunkin.

Honestly the staff has never been trained at anything related to Baskin-Robins. Been here 3 times and all 3 times none of the staff including there managers know how to make a Sunday. Worst of all they didnt even have Oreo ice cream 2 of the times and the fudge was burnt once. The other two times they didnt even have fudge.

I come home with my /correctly/ labeled ice cream cake box to find that the ice cream is on the bottom of the cake instead of the cake itself? Can someone explain this to me please?

I had the worst experience with this dunkin/baskin location to the point I will never go back in. They ruined an order I placed the day prior with the manager who stated it would be ready and everything would be perfect for my sons 7th birthday and that was not the case when I came to pick up the order today.. the order was of course screwed up and ended up on a yelling match bc the manager on duty was beyond rude and ignorant over something they screwed up. Thanks for the free screwed up cake we all enjoyed throwing for fun!! Never saw the other half of the order haha.

They are good.. they really are... but they flipped my donuts when I put sprinkles and then the sprinkles was upside down and then the donut was messed up and the servicer was really rude :)

checked their website and it state that it would close at 10pm, it was Saturday night and I arrived at 9:35pm for some ice cream, a young man was wiping down the inside of the ice cream case. He stated that they could not serve anymore ice cream since they closed at 9:30pm, when I stated that their website stated that they close at 10pm, he told me since they close at 10pm they stop serving at 9:30 since they had to clean up,"sorry".I got home and checked their website again, it was 9:45pm, it stated : closing soon 10pm" ??
Went in for late night ice cream and was met with a young man with a great attitude. I always ask their name to be friendly and Matias answered right away. He was helpful and friendly and got us in and out. Always nice to have pleasant staff helping you and

i've repeatedly called and asked about a specific ice cream flavor at this shop and the staff have been enormously patient and helpful every single time. other locations won't even answer the phone no matter how many times i try to contact them but this location always answers promptly and go above and beyond to answer my questions and help me out. this is the only location that carries the flavor i want, and that fact paired with their customer service means this is the ONLY location i will be coming to!
