i've repeatedly called and asked about a specific ice cream flavor at this shop and the staff have been enormously patient and helpful every single time. other locations won't even answer the phone no matter how many times i try to contact them but this location always answers promptly and go above and beyond to answer my questions and help me out. this is the only location that carries the flavor i want, and that fact paired with their customer service means this is...
Good ice cream and service however they are quite small and have a limited selection compared to the selection online as well as other baskin Robbins. Whenever I want a specific flavor they never seem to have it at the time.
