Food is decent, service is terrible, as other guests have stated. Sent my pregnant wife in for a simple pick up order that seemed to be tedious for no reason. If you're going to be rude, the food better be stellar and that is not the case here. Plenty of other options with better food, better prices, and they won't make your pregnant wife feel like she's imposing and an idiot for asking for an order... (that was sitting right there, by the way)

There was no mischaracterization here. This appears to be a situation where someone was caught with their tail between their legs and is now very loosely “owning” a mistake, while adding conditions that soften or improve how they appear.
I did not raise my voice, not even slightly. My wife provided both of our names, and the individual you are referring to as the waitress is actually the manager who interacted directly with both my wife and me. So, respectfully, the facts as presented are not accurate.
Situations like this do not happen to us, ever. We treat employees, servers, and staff with the utmost respect and generosity. This is the first time my wife has ever said that anyone was rude to her, and she is not fabricating or exaggerating this experience. When something like this occurs, it is very clear and unmistakable, as it was here.

Your manager was rude and dismissive toward a smaller woman because she felt she could be, and she did not carry that same tone or behavior when dealing with me.
