I would not recommend anyone to book a private event with them, especially a wedding. You are not given a main point of contact—red flag number one. The response from the staff is minimal, untimely, and extremely disorganized.

I’m writing this review because we’ve been given the runaround in the final month before the wedding. My sister planned for hers for more than half a year in advance and tried to be understanding by doing what she could to help them. Even then, we’ve been ignored or flat out ghosted, even more so in the final crucial weeks of wedding preparations. A month before, we were sent on a wild goose chase for sudden unnecessary permits (for the food truck which we mentioned was a deal breaker on day one and brought up several times since) and endless quests for legitimate information (regarding surprise staff fees and setup times) for the venue a few weeks before the wedding date. We’ve even made appointments with the certain supervisor-level staff only to be seen leaving to go home and then passed down by someone who was essentially a rookie and didn’t have a clue about our situation.

We’ve voiced this to a staff member who apologized and said they “had no excuses” and made promises only to then send the same staff to “care” for us—the same people who refused to contact us in a professional and timely manner.

I’d name names but you’d know right away if you ever decide to proceed to book with them anyway for some reason.

Beautiful venue. Terrible customer service.

The venue itself is cute and a cost-friendly alternative to flashier venue sites. The office, on the other hand, is a nightmare to deal with. I have a small and simple wedding reception planned for next month and the staff has made it way more stressful than it ever needed to be.
I have doubts the office will even read this review but please be warned if you plan to book your event with them.
The red flags started when I had a tour with someone who didn't know details about the venue or the ammenities which I dismissed at first, not thinking too much of it. But it only really got worse from there.
Since most things need to be done in person, I made appointments only to find out they weren't even honored. Nobody was there to accept payment at the first appointment and the second appointment took 2hrs for what should've been a simple transaction. Information was never delivered transparantly or in a timely manner and I felt like they always presented new or different information each time I spoke with them (ie. needing mandatory paid staff at all times, no sound system, etc). And there was one thing I stressed from the beginning and that was that I wanted a food truck on site and they said that was fine given they were approved and had the appropriate documents (they did). And now I'm being told I need a permit that wasn't orignially discussed and they haven't been at all helpful in that process either.
The office has been ignoring my calls and emails or simply directs them to another person whenever I express concerns. And if you expect to see them in person, they tend to leave in the middle of business hours, appointment or not.
I will say, although not one of the main staff members for the venue, Efuru in the office, has been kind and helpful to the best of her ability. I wish the same could be said about the rest.

The space is very beautiful, a spacious atmosphere and great for parties and receptions.

Awesome venue for a great party

Had my wedding reception here in Feb of 1990. A major renovation was almost complete. It was a beautiful facility!!

Attended a beautiful wedding reception there. The dance floor and sitting area were separate. Little nooks for a perfect bar and nice entrance. Parking is a bit snug, so be prepared to use the valet. Don’t forget cash to tip! Restrooms were big and cozy for a quick rest. There’s a lovely little outside garden to catch your breath.

Nice place for parties can send jerez

This is a great historical building in Boynton Beach. Designed by Mizner, it has his sweeping staircases. It is about to be revamped and because of its historical designation should be back to it former glory. The upstairs is large and open reminding me of Old School Square w/o the basketball hoops!. After renovation I would give 5 stars.

I went here for a reception and this place is so pretty. I paid more attention to the scenery that. I did to the event. I recommend that for anyone wanting a place for photoshoots this would be it. There's a lot to work with and be creative if your going for something vintage.

Free concert was held here due to the rain. Decent facility and a good time.
