Received my breakfast order the sausage egg and cheese was black and hard as a rock. Order was from DoorDash. They only want to give me $3.50 back. Had the meal plus hash browns were soggy. Falling apart.

This BK is horrendous. They lie to get out of making food they don’t want to make, have caught them in lies multiple times. And apparently when the manager leaves they shut everything down, no frozen drinks, milkshakes, etc. because that makes a lot of sense. Some staff are nice but most seem irritated that you’re ordering food. The bun I got seemed like it had been sitting out for a week before they decided to use it and the crispy chicken was like a hockey puck. Which sucks because not all BKs are like this, just the closest one to me.

I don’t know what others have to say about this location but this location I visit very often. Great atmosphere and Kelly made the trip very welcoming. We need more Kelly’s at this restaurant. The wait time was less than 10 minutes for fresh food and her customer service was amazing. I feel the store is improving for sure and there is most definitely hope at this location. Awesome Job Burger King !!!

The only good thing I can say is that the food was hot when I got it. Guy working the drive through couldn't understand me, I had to repeat myself several times for each individual part of my order, wait time was very long considering the store wasnt busy (empty parking lot,one guy ahead of me in line). Fries were hot but had no salt,BBQ bourbon burger sucks and is overpriced but that's not on the location that's a corporate issue
The workers are incompetent to attend and provide good service, they take orders as they want, they do not have an order, one waits 20 minutes for a miserable hamburger and they talk on the phone
