I literally ordered a Whopper Meal on March 22nd, 2026, around 10-11 pm & when eating my burger, it was something that I couldn’t chew, so I took this, what I thought was some lettuce , but actually a piece of paper out of my mouth. But at first, I thought maybe it was from when I asked my burger to be cut in half, but as you can see when I unraveled the paper to see what it was, it totally does not or did not come from the burger’s wrapping itself. But yeah, I do not recommend this Burger King; it is very unsanitized and nasty.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Burger King location due to extremely poor customer service. The employee at the counter was already rude the moment I walked in as if she was already having a bad day. I politely asked if it was possible to substitute an item on my order, something that has never been an issue at any other Burger King I’ve visited. Instead of simply explaining the policy in a respectful way, she immediately responded with attitude and said she “can’t do that.” What made the situation worse was the way it was handled afterward. I spoke with someone who appeared to be a manager about the issue, hoping they would at least address the employee’s behavior. Instead, I felt completely brushed off, almost as if this type of situation happens regularly and no one cares to fix it. Considering how expensive fast food has become, customers should not have to deal with that level of disrespect just for asking a simple question. Basic customer service and professionalism should be the bare minimum. If someone clearly doesn’t enjoy working with customers, they probably shouldn’t be in a customer-facing position. As someone who works in the service industry myself, I was honestly appalled by how this was handled. Very disappointing experience.

Slowest Burger King in Florida. They always tell you to drive up to the second window then make you reverse back and wait. Orders take over 10 minutes on average.

Ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese croissants, got down to half my sandwich and literally almost swallowed this piece of plastic 😫. I felt something tough on the roof of my gums and had to catch it before actually swallowing it . Of course I’m unable to see my receipt transaction information to leave a review within the company website or can’t even get in contact with in store managers , so here I am letting others to please be careful going here .

Ordered a hammock and cheese croissant received a bacon and cheese. Die offered me to choose between medium and large.So I said medium that was almost a three dollar up charge? Food was cold and French toast sticks, soggy and limp. I can't believe I am that i'm paying fifteen dollars?

Had junior brisket burger whopper meal with large Coke Zero and halfsies (half French Fries and half Onion Rings. By using the fountain machine was able to add Vanilla flavor.
