Great Customer Service, Very Friendly, Food is always freshly made, portions are awesome, they care about their customers, people just need to understand that workers work hard and deserve respect, it goes a long way, especially if you are having someone else cook your food for you, show appreciation, this BurgerFi location is the best out of all locations I’ve visited so far.

Worst burger ever! Rotten lettuce, raw meat, burnt fries and onion rings…had to returned the entire meal to be replaced and still it was terrible. Won’t recommend or eat at this place ever!!!

Jill the manager gave us the rudest service we have ever experienced. Not only was my order wrong, my burger did not taste how it normally does. And we are burgerfi lovers. The bacon was hard, meat was overcooked and bread was stale. It is disappointing to spend our hard earned money on food that didn’t taste good at all and to top it all off, we ate our meal outside and JILL at 10:58 wanted us to get up from our seats because she wanted to bring the chairs inside while I still had the burger in my mouth. I understand you were closing soon but that is terrible customer service. She was rude about it and even yelled at us telling us to come earlier. It is heartbreaking loving this company that we will never return to this location again. We have been visiting this location for 4 years and previous managers gave us outstanding customer service. JILL needs to be terminated because this customer service is unacceptable, but also she does not care to check for the quality of the food. I would love to get my money back.

I have never had BurgerFi before and had wanted to try it, I decided today was the day.
The place was pretty quiet so my food came quickly. The lady at the counter was super friendly.
The burger was good. Better than I had expected to be honest. I tried their standard Fi Burger. My only issue is that a burger and medium soda was $12 bucks. Seems steep. They had coke Freestyle machines but about 70% of the options were empty.
The joint was clean and well laid out.
Overall not bad and I would recommend them once in a while.

Went to get burgerfi at this Congress location, the woman who was making my food was shoving french fries in her mouth while making the food. Then she wiped her nose with her hand.I asked who the manager was and they said her. I told them she is disgusting im not taking this food. They refunded my money and i walked out. Im still queasy. - That being said I love Burgerfi and the Boynton location on Lyons I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE GATEWAY AND CONGRESS LOCATION. ITS FILTHY ON TOP OF THE GROSS MANAGER!

The owner of this particular burgefi, Mike is awesome and always hands on, making sure the customer is well taken care of. Friendly and professional staff. This is the a great location and not crowded (as it should be). When in Boynton, definitely stop by.

My birthday week, I attempted to use my free custard shake while ordering the 2 chix sandwich bogo and the mgr was admit to tell me no I couldn't have 2 specials at the sane time. Said this is not how it works. I was also ordering large fry, soft drink, bacon double burger and onion rings and large fry as it was 2 of us. I left and went to my favorite location at lintin and they rang it in n problem. The Mgr was just lazy didn't want to do his job because I disturbed him sitting down The other Mgr sitting down in the kitchen. I rarely go to this location be cause it always seems dirty, bathroom, soda area, trash area, tables, floor, dirty and many mistakes with orders. Then when you mention an error the.mgr (female) questions you like your lying. Avoid this location...all around not good vibe. I like the brand and frequent often. Linton location very engaging staff, clean, friendly. Staff happier and vive abd atmosphere is bright and nice. Avoid gateway. I go to all the ones around it. Left me feeling....as I told him I don't like this location anyway and announced I was gonna go to linton blvd delray location. Mgr learn how to speak, address customer correctly abd have tact. Appeared rude and wasn't treating me as a valued customer. Very disappointing and That he deserves a, "thank you for your input," moment!
