I will not be going to back to burgerfi horrible service it took 15 minutes for us to order because the machine wasn’t working properly than we finally order we had to wait for so long for our food I have never experienced this before you guys should really improve your service or yall gonna lose all of the your customers

Brittany and the team at BurgerFi are absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of. They made sure my order was not only perfect but came out so quickly. The service was friendly, the attention to detail was clear, and the whole experience made grabbing a meal here a real pleasure. It’s rare to find a team that works so smoothly together while keeping the customer first, but Brittany and her crew really delivered. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Stopped in to grab a quick bite to eat. Was met with a super polite sweet man taking orders. He answered all my questions about the BurgerFi bowl and gave a great suggestion on sauces i should add to my order. Completed my order and offered for a complimentary cup of water. Space was clean and well organized.

This used to be my go to burger place, but now that you cannot order a single patty burger I was forced to move on to Five Guys. It’s disappointing because Burgerfi has better fries and sauces.

10/10. It was our first time visiting BurgerFi and wow it did not disappoint! The service from the young man who took our order was impeccable, he was so kind, very polite and even replaced the ketchup dispenser as soon as I mentioned that it was out (which is a rarity). The food was incredible and flavorful and priced just right. The atmosphere was very clean and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

I waited 40 minutes for take out sandwich only. I saw my sandwich sitting on counter kept calling girl - Mattie to check if it she was to busy carrying on with boys in the back ! Unacceptable!

The service and food were excellent. Tiffany and Troy who were the ones who assisted us were very friendly and helpful, and made sure our orders were made to our liking. Overall I would recommend this location to anyone nearby looking for a good food and service.
