Why is this literally the only Burgerfi around that doesn't offer combos? Like they're not even trying to hide the fact that they would rather you strong arm you to buy ala cart then save their customers a few bucks. My order came out to $73 tonight and when I got home I went online to do a mock up pickup order of another location at it came out $12 cheaper with doing combos.

Dirty restroom, many flies, sick employees cleaning their nose in the kitchen, very dirty pants. We won't visit BurgerFi at this location.

One of my favorite burger spots!😪 My experience at this BurgerFi location has been terrible lately, with long waits and food that hasn’t been made right. My tenders were way too salty the last time i visited and my burger showed up missing the toppings I ordered. Very disappointing. I’ll be skipping this location for a while until things improve.

EVERY TIME WE ORDER DOOR DASH .. THE FOOD IS NEVER ON TIME ITS ALWAYS 1 PERSON and they NEVER GIVE US WHAT COMES WITH THE ORDER AS FAR AS THE CONDIMENTS TENDERS WITH NI SAUCE 😒 IS ANNOYING IF I HAD MY CAR I WOULD FOR SURE RETURN THIS FOOD VERY ANNOYING

Time to get rid of the cashiers and employees. Easier to automate with Ai and robots — They won’t mess up your order with how expensive everything is.

Asked for no tomato and paid for side sauce for onion rings. Lucky me, I got the tomato and no side sauce.

Trash waiting 20 Mins, for food that’s not mine and staff is short/overworked which always results in terrible wait for food . IF U ORDER IN APP TIME WILL BE WRONG , happened multiple times over it , put something else there , taxed👎👎👎

I was in this location on 10/24 at 3:00PM I experienced poor customer service. I came in to take out food. I’ve been to this location in the past although it’s been awhile. In the past I’ve had good encounters with the staff. And staff was always cleaning tables.Although on this visit, the staff at the register to the kitchen staff, nether had any sense of urgency to get orders out. The restaurant seemed dirty. The owner of this location will either re-train their staff or rehire new employees or I don’t see this location being open much longer.

Just have to leave empty handed because they put up signs that they were out of burgers...on a Friday night, really?

This has to be my worst fast food experience ever. They got my order wrong twice after they came out with a tray calling my name and it was to go. Then they couldn't get the burger with no bun and wrapped in lettuce right. Its not that complicated if you cant make a damn burger right, go be a crossing guard or something.

Stay away from this place, it's filled with workers who could care less. It's written all over their faces even when they are taking my order. They just look like they couldn't give a crap. Stay away!
