The food is delicious and I would eat here everyday if I could! The employees give great service never rude they are very kind friendly and funny! Everytime I come here I feel like I can relax and have a nice day

I ordered a chicken sandwich and a bacon cheeseburger both with tomato and cheese an order of waffle fries and regular fries. I didn't get my cheese and tomatoes on both sandwiches and didn't get my regular fries. This place lacks management and quality control. I will not be going back and not recommending this place to eat. Horrible customer service and in all reality the food sucks

Staff working the Sunday afternoon shift on 2/22 was A+++. GM should be very proud of that crew, you got some great employees there. Burger was exactly what I was looking for too.

Awesome customer service at this location! I've eaten at another location and I said I'd never eat at another BurgerFi again. I explained the situation to the manager, Clermond, and he stated that's unfortunate and it should never have happened. He said he wanted to make things right so we'd continue to be BurgerFi customers. The food came out hot and fresh, even though we came in close to closing. Clermond threw in a free milkshake, which was very nice of him. The other staff were very nice as well. We enjoyed the food and service so much we came in again the following week. Being nice and thoughtful to your customers goes a long way. Thank you Clermond!

Today was very long day and I had just wanted a very fresh burger.However , work had taken very long and I was only able to get to burger fire at 9:45. They close at 10I then proceed to order my food. But realize that I cannot afford everything, so I tell the guy to take off the French fries, I then pay for my food complicatedly, then wait since I went so late and I told them that I didn't want the fries. They had already made the fries by the time, so they decided to give me the fries for free. And it was just amazing. All the food was amazing and I had not enough money to tip, so I have to go back and tip again, but the server that the cashier that gave me, my food was amazing. I don't remember his name, but he was a skinny white kid and he was very nice. Amazingm

What amazing customer`s service in such small place! We had feelings that everyone does care of us, everyone asked what else we would like or are we waiting for something. Very quick, great & quality food, we chose burgers, onion rings, fries and milkshake. Very clean and lovely place to visit! It will be our favorite place!
