Awesome customer service at this location! I've eaten at another location and I said I'd never eat at another BurgerFi again. I explained the situation to the manager, Clermond, and he stated that's unfortunate and it should never have happened. He said he wanted to make things right so we'd continue to be BurgerFi customers. The food came out hot and fresh, even though we came in close to closing.
