Byrd’s Hot Chicken was an absolute vibe and great chicken and great fries. The two‑sandwich special (hot) and fries were spot‑on — crispy, flavorful, exactly what was hoped for. Customer service was impeccable and scenery was enjoyed. World’s Okay’est Chicken Sandwich was OK but not great; the hot chicken was not that hot. Fries were probably the best part, spicier than the hot chicken. The strawberry shake was extremely thin, tasted like strawberry milk and was not worth the $9. Skipping the strawberry milk.
