Food was bad and portions are insane (in a bad way) i paid 3 dollars flr a little sauce of coleslaw and the fingers are these small wings

Terrible, batter falls right off the chicken

We DoorDashed Byrd’s Hot Chicken and the food itself was excellent. The two-sandwich special (hot) and fries were spot-on — crispy, flavorful, and exactly what we hoped for. Would absolutely order the food again.

The only disappointment was the strawberry shake. It was extremely thin and tasted more like strawberry milk than a milkshake — definitely not worth the $9. Unfortunately, DoorDash won’t credit it, which makes it even more frustrating. Will never Door Dash from them again but I would pick-up. Would have easily been a 5 star if the shake was a shake.

Great chicken, great fries — but I’ll recommend skipping the “strawberry milk” unless that’s your thing.

Very disappointed by recent restaurant experience in boynton beach. We order 4 chicken sandwiches and each and every one of them was different in quality. One was fried so hard, our kid could not eat it, hurt his teeth and started crying! Unacceptable and disappointing as a regular in this location. Won't be returning

I hate to say it, but yeah...soggy, 2 out of 2 chicken tender meals were at least one chicken wing with bones instead of a tender! Almost choaked...then I started to check the other meals...omg...nope, just cant!

The chicken sandwich tasted like it was frozen? The wings had 0 flavor and tasted like they were undercooked. The prices are really high for the very sub par quality of food you're getting.

I'm not sure what happened as a couple of months ago, the food here was quite good...

World’s Okay’est Chicken Sandwich. Place is sort of run down. I think the AC was broken. Chicken was OK. Not great. No bad. Definitely not that hot (ordered hot). Multiple levels below Hattie B’s. Fries were probably the best part, spicier than the hot chicken.
Probably won’t go back. But not horrible.

They said it was going to be open but they wasn't open.. it's only 10:41 p.m. on a Friday 😭

Fix your hours instead of having people go go to your closed restaurant at 10:30 when everywhere including your website says 1am.

I decided to try Byrd’s Hot Chicken for the first time after seeing it all over social media, but unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The chicken was undercooked and completely lacking in flavor, with soggy breading that fell apart after just one bite. The chicken tenders had the same issue—no seasoning and the coating wouldn’t even stay on. The mac and cheese looked and tasted like it had been sitting out all day, dry and unappetizing. Overall, the food did not live up to the hype and was nowhere near what’s advertised online. Definitely not a place I’d recommend or return to.

Ordered online for delivery. Wanted to try a new spot but I don't know if it was an off night for them, I believe it's 1 and done for me. The chicken sandwiches were hardly edible. They were overly fried and way too much oil was used. The entire sandwich, including the bread smelled and tasted like cooking oil. I had to remove most of the bread and tender batter coating in order to eat this.
