It is SO COLD in this place. Literally, everyone around us was complaining that it was freezing. Everyone was wearing big sweaters inside and it was 90 degrees outside. The staff knew everyone was uncomfortable and no one did anything about it. One man even left because he said he couldn’t take the freezing air conditioner. Maybe don’t have your staff wear long sleeve shirts, so the AC doesn’t be at a temp that freezes your customers. Plus, the mashed potatoes were grey….looked like they were a few days old. Very disappointing. We used to like coming here.

Visited Carrabba's Italian Grill for dinner last night with friends. The ambiance was cozy, with dim lighting and Italian music playing softly in the background. We started with the calamari appetizer, which was perfectly crispy and served with a zesty marinara sauce. For mains, I opted for the Chicken Marsala, and it did not disappoint. The chicken was tender, and the Marsala sauce was rich with flavor. The portion sizes were generous, leaving us satisfied but not overly full. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and our server had excellent recommendations. Overall, a delightful dining experience at Carrabba's Italian Grill.

Came here at 930- 30 minutes to close. I felt bad but I was hungry. Crystal took care of me as if I just came in for lunch. She was super sweet and caring. Her kindness made the food taste a bit more better (food tastes great already). This is the person you want to ask for when entering this establishment.
