This Carvel location is conveniently located. The shop is clean and the employees are friendly and welcoming. The soft serve ice cream is the best (creamy and tasteful) and there is a wide selection of toppings. We love Carvel!

The service is good. Snigeha is the best. My son likes their shakes, but he likes anybody's shakes. I was going to try a cone, which I haven't had in years, but when I asked and
found it wasnt custard, I declined. So expensive and it's not even custard.

Just left bb on congess store. It has several school kids in, some eating, some just taking up space. The kids took off their nasty stinking shoes from all day and left them strown all in front of the doorway. You could tell the girl behind the counter was afraud to say anything. Thats disgusting for a food place. Not to mention a tripping hazzard for custmers. Hmmmmm something to think about people.

I ordered a very small cake and it was delicious it served six people which was just perfect I ordered it 3 hours before I needed it I picked it up and served it.. it was delicious they had put the inscription on that red happy birthday

The store smells like dirty wet mop.
No customer service.
Lots of ice cream were melted…. ( they should’ve change it. Even the flavor sign is messed up )

Just not a good experience. Honestly, not sure why people like this 🥴 I will definitely not come back.

Can we say customer service has been totally lost through the years? I asked for a 2 scoop of chocolate ice cream with strawberry topping. This man asked me if I wanted soft serve...I said no. Then he proceeded to serve 2 scoops of ice cream, when I asked him if the topping would fit, he said yes. Mind you this was a small cup. When he realized it wouldn't fit, he put the little cup in a bigger cup. I guess he thought it would be ok to have juice fall in between two cups. He gave me terrible attitude... never apologized....and thought he could just treat a customer like this. The reason why I say "treat" is because from the very start he seemed to not want to be bothered, taste test was not his thing. I'm sorry that this world is turning to crap. There I vented and I hope this is not your experience.
