Great place to come eat and hang with close individuals, customer service is absolutely amazing. The employees are really good at they're job, the service was fast almost felt like I was at a fast food restaurant.

The customer service is amazing absolutely love it they really treat you like family. The manager and employees are hilarious and very easy to talk to. Definitely a 10/10 place to eat with friends.

I went through the drive through and was given the wrong order. I ordered a regular chicken cheese Philly with extra mushrooms. I don't eat beef and was really disappointed to have the wrong order after working a 12 hour nursing shift. The manager was really nice when I called and said they would re make the sandwich. I went back to have it re made spent an extra 5 dollars to add on a French fry and drink to the new sandwich. I had to wait 37 minutes to have it re made still exhausted from work, came home and the order was screwed up again. No mushrooms and they threw a few extra fries into the box that were cold and greasy when I ordered a fresh regular size new box. I would definitely bypass this location or at least check your order before you leave. Very nice staff members though and they are trying. Yikes

i came today and they gave me a burnt sandwich they made it on a dirty grill once i got home and opened my plate i saw the burnt sandwich there was a new lady on the grill they must not have taught her how to us or clean the grill ?? worst experience i’ve had at this

This Charles is the worst one sandwich is nasty and the way they fixed the sandwich sucks looks nasty Snd and by look on it the way they oranged it on the bread not it's appealing, the worst one I've ever been to.

The portion was a surprise it was a Shockingly small Sandwich. Dry meat. Wow this is a brand new store. The man at the counter was great. But for the money not really worth it.

The cheesesteak was thecwirstvi ever had and for 3 dollars Xtra I got 10 French fries enough to feed an aunt the bread was horrible the meat was tasteless and greasy just the absolute worst I ever

Let's start with the food. AWFUL! The cheesesteaks were skimpy, dry, and only 1 slice of cheese that was placed on only 1 side of the sandwich. The French fries were undercooked. The soft serve ice cream was watery. The place was dirty. Now you have lost all the Philly people forever. If I could zero stars, I would have!
