Our order was taken by an AI operated speaker system that took us off guard and ended up with us ordering our combo meal items as separate items instead of as the cheaper combo price. Not cool, robot lady!

Was interesting going to the drive thru the other day… seemed like they have some sort of chatbot taking the orders… my order was very simple so the experience was good. Unclear how well it does with more complicated orders

The food is always fresh. Employee service could be better and more friendly, however my biggest thing is that they use their hands without glove when dealing with the food. I have seen right through the drive through window multiple people wiping sweat from the forehead with the back part of the hand.
Not to bad, not from FL, we don't have these in NE.....

My experience here really missed the mark. The fries were overly crunchy and tasted as if they had been double fried. The chicken was gray and appeared like it had been sitting for a while. The burger also tasted off, was gray in color, and wasn’t served hot. The only redeeming item was the apple pie. Overall, the meal just didn’t pass the vibe check.
