Chick-fill-A almost never screws up my orders and I eat there 1-2 times a week. Tonight we ordered 2 identical chicken club sandwiches with mayonnaise. She entered the order as grilled sandwiches and they came with barbecue sauce and that horrible bread for $9 each. I threw mine away. ** UPDATE.. I went back into the same location today (1 day later) and went inside to explain that they screwed up my order yesterday, and I was trying to place an order that they could get correct this time. I’m not a “Karen”, so I wasn’t insisting on speaking to a manager or demanding free food, but I was hoping for at least an apology and some kind of acknowledgment. I got nothing. There’s too many places I can get the same type of food from so I’m done with this Chick-fil-A location. I’ll probably stick with Raising Cane’s from now on. They don’t screw up my simple orders and they provide better customer service. I’m very disappointed. I’ve been a Chick-fil-A customer for decades.

Justin Mize is such a good manager, he does super cute events like Bingo and Cars getting Coffee, and even gives out rewards to our apps.
I never have issues at this location, the drive thru, or pickup. The employees are super nice, and they're very quick!
If I could give this location a 7 star review I would! Today I ordered a vanilla iced coffee ☕ which I never ordered before, and I would like to recommend it, it's very good!

I had a very disappointing experience, which was surprising given the reputation of this location. I stopped by on my lunch break and ordered a Chick-fil-A sandwich with fries. When I reached the window, I was asked to pull forward and wait. After waiting approximately 7–10 minutes, my order was finally brought out but without the fries. I returned to the counter to clarify, only to be told by the cashier that the fries had not been added to my ticket. At that point, I was understandably frustrated: not only had I waited a considerable amount of time, but my order was also incomplete. Overall, this visit fell well below the level of service I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A. Unless you are prepared for long waits and potential mistakes with your order, I would recommend considering another location.

I eat at Chick-fil-A a lot and I do frequent this one often. Today I had an exceptional experience. Anastasia was not only very confident and competent, but she did it with a smile and professionalism. She is an employee that should be recognized, and I am sure she will be very successful in whatever she does in life.
Not happy that they couldn’t understand to use my reward towards the bill. Instead I put my order in and added my reward to my order like I can eat all that food. Gave an attitude as well. No more

I always enjoy the healthiness of their salad but today salads was the worse of all time. Lettuce is super old and hard. Toppings are barely any. My market salad has no cheese. What is going on? Very disappointing is the least to say.
