I've been heading over for breakfast and it's really a miss every time. Order minis and they never come with the honey butter which is apart of the item?
Maybe the owner is trying to cut costs?? No clue but it's definitely a franchisee problem not a employee issue.
Aside from that the kids that work there are kind and great with their service.

This is the only chick fil a that I have to pull up past the driver thru and wait on my food. It happens every time I come here. The worst chick fil a in South Florida.
Chick fil a is going down hill, and fast. I placed an order online, arrived there at 10:28 saw a girl counting cars and taking orders. I thought she would come to us and I even checked in on the app letting them know I was there. When I look up not even a minute later the girl walked past my car and went inside. When I get to the mic and let them and check in with them again they tell me I wasn’t there before breakfast ended. I had been waiting in line for 5 minutes and now they tell me I won’t make it give me my order. Then the girl was signing and clicking her tongue while someone else was snickering. Although the food was good, I think it’ll be the last time I go here.
