Male host sat us at a dirty table.. waited waited several employees passed us nobody stopped asked us for a drink not a hello I got up went back to host desk asked if we could have a table somewhere else because nobody ever came over to us the host said no
Terrible service left without being acknowledged... went to millers ale house for dinner!!! Won't be back EVER!!! Terrible customer service

We had a great lunch here and excellent service. Everything we ordered was hot, fresh, and well prepared. Our server offered her opinion on what the best things were to order and we were not disappointed. The baby back ribs and chicken bacon ranch quesadilla was 🔥 Thanks guys!

Waitress was really nice and attentive, but when we got our trio appetizer, the southwest egg rolls were cold on the inside, which they took back and the manager came over to bring us a fresh platter which was better. The ribs are not too good, had a weird smell, seasoned well, the street corn was the best thing out of it all.

It has been about 30 years since I ate at a Chili's predominately due to location. Also, I guess I figured it was probably like the other dying restaurants of that era. However, I thought I'd go back and see how it's doing. WELL, I'm glad I did! First, the service. Our server Giana was absolutely fantastic! She was very friendly, helpful and so aware of our needs i.e. showing up with refills on our drinks just as we were about to have our last sip or asking right at that moment if we needed refills. We never had to flag her down or wait for our food or drinks. Giana is on top of everything, she is management material and an outstanding example of exceptional customer service. Matthew was great too! Super friendly and a manager that jumps in to help and an excellent trainer. Now, the food. We ordered a beer and a margarita to start - much to our surprise it was happy hour and we got 2 for 1. We ordered the mozzarella "sticks" as an appetizer. We got the full size mozzarella. They are huge, each one is about the size of a deck of cards - and delicious. The cheese was so soft and buttery and a pleasure to eat. Our entrees were half rack of ribs and the Big Smash burger. My sister raved about the ribs and said they were excellent. That mac and cheese was so cheesy and creamy - oh yummmm. I got the burger. I only like my burger well done. USUALLY when I order it that way out, it comes back dry and often burnt. And that's at nice sit down restaurants. My burger tonight was AMAZING! The bun was nice and soft, and the burger was cooked PERFECTLY. It was juicy and delicious and yes, WELL DONE. I'm telling you, that burger melted in my mouth. The best burger I've ever eaten. I couldn't stop talking about it. We finished off with the skillet choc chip cookie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and hot fudge. Wonderful! So head over to Chilis in Boynton Beach and enjoy your meal! I can't wait to go back...great job!

I always have a great experience at this location. Pleasant atmosphere, clean, good food. Giselle was our server this evening and she was exceptional, positive attitude, extremely attentive, just 10 out of 10 all around.

I eat lunch there everyday. Always on time for my pickup and the foods always good. Great staff, couldn’t get any better.
