My friend and I stopped into the Chili’s on Congress the day before Thanksgiving. We weren’t sure if it would be hectic or quiet, but it ended up being the good kind of busy. Families were having dinner and the whole place had a relaxed pre-holiday feel.

We ordered a pretty big mix of food. One of us got the ribeye with shrimp, and the other went for the trio platter with steak, chicken, and shrimp. We also tried a wrap with rice, black beans, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and mayo, plus a beer. Everything came out hot, seasoned well, and cooked exactly how we asked. Portions were generous without being too much.

Service was great. Our server was friendly, checked on us at the right times, and kept everything moving smoothly even with the holiday crowd starting to roll in.

The vibe was upbeat and family-friendly. They do have a bar, but no one was really sitting there during our visit, which kept the dining area calm. TVs were on in the background but not distracting. Parking was easy, with plenty of spots around the building, so getting in and out wasn’t a hassle at all. Prices felt typical for Chili’s.

Bottom line: we would definitely go back. Good food, good service, and an easy, comfortable experience overall.

Darlene was a sweetheart and was super quick with putting our orders and got our drinks out asap. THANK YOU DARLENEEEE!!!!! Food was so good and Darlene helped me pick the ultimate cajun pasta and I do not regret it one bit. I will ONLY be having Darlene as my serving from this point on. She’s the best.

This is the Chilis right by my house, we come here semi often and the food and service is amazing.

A few nights ago, me, my boyfriend, and some friends were leaving just as they were about to close, and we heard meowing from our car. We were outside for about two hours trying to get this kitten out of under our car. We were finally able to get him out with the help of their general manager, Jessica, and a few other employees. Needless to say they went above and beyond with their customer service lol.

Everyone we have met is incredibly sweet, thank you guys so much for what yall have done!

Darlene is the best server at chilis on congress. She was super attentive and very warm. Would come back just because of her!

I spoke to Greg Chambers (the kitchen manager) after they messed up my online order and gave me the wrong items. I called to ask them to correct it and give me the correct items I ordered and he became hostile and said I'm wrong and there's nothing he will do to help. Not friendly and won't give me the correct items in exchange for the items they gave me. I don't appreciate how unprofessional and rude Greg was, that is why I'm leaving a 1 star review.

I visited Chili’s and tried the Molten Chocolate Lava Cake and the mozzarella sticks, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff truly went above and beyond. Before going in, I called to make a reservation and asked if they could prepare the mozzarella sticks in fresh oil due to my religious restrictions. They were respectful, understanding, and immediately assured me they could accommodate. When I arrived, they followed through exactly as promised, which really impressed me and made me feel valued as a customer.

The service overall was warm, attentive, and efficient. We were greeted right away, seated on time, and the server checked in just the right amount, making sure everything was going well without being overbearing. The food arrived quickly, hot, and very fresh. The ambience was great as well — clean dining area, comfortable seating, and a pleasant atmosphere that felt welcoming and relaxed.

The mozzarella sticks were outstanding. They were crispy on the outside with a perfectly melted, stretchy cheese center. You could clearly taste the difference from using fresh oil, as they tasted clean, light, and not greasy at all. The marinara sauce had a nice bright flavor that paired perfectly with each bite.

The Molten Chocolate Lava Cake was absolutely delicious and definitely a highlight. The warm cake with a rich, gooey chocolate center and the creamy vanilla ice cream on top created the perfect balance of warm and cold, rich and smooth. The texture and flavor were both perfect, and it was served promptly, so everything tasted fresh and at its best.

Overall, everything from the service to the food to the atmosphere was excellent. The staff’s effort to respect my dietary needs meant a lot, and the food itself really exceeded expectations. I would give this experience a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend this location, especially if you’re looking for great flavor, quality service, and a welcoming environment.

We both had the 3 for me, big, juicy cheeseburger, fries, a salad and chips and salsa and tea for $10.99 each! You can barley get a Happy Meal for that. It was delicious!!

I had a great experience dining at the Chili’s in Boynton Beach. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of parking, which made getting in and out really easy. The food was delicious, and my cocktail was mixed perfectly. Everyone on the staff seemed friendly and on top of things, but I have to give special mention to my server, Amanda. She was fantastic — super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right from start to finish. It’s clear she really cares about her guests and enjoys what she does. Overall, I left impressed and satisfied. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to friends and family!
