Such a bad experience. š Workers in the back screaming and laughing. I thought it was a fight but I think they were just loud. They were speaking in their native language and it was difficult to understand if they were arguing or joking. Waited in line while one lady just wiped the counter. Didn't say anything to me and another guy in line. We stood there a good 5 minutes just wondering what was happening. Garbage was over flowing. The place was nasty.

Had to wait an additional 20 minutes for an order that was marked ready to pickup when I arrived. Then when I asked about my order, no interest was given. I was simply told ātheyāre working on itā in a dismissive manner. 0 customer service. And when they gave me my order, they didnāt bother to apologize for any inconvenience.

Used to be good, itās a trash location now. Classic chipotle shorting you on meat. Lady gave me half a scoop of chicken and tried telling me it was 4oz. As if this is my first timeā¦ smh

I just left here I aināt eat all day Iām like let me go get a bowl . I arrived the lady with red braids made a slick remark in Creoleā¦. YALL !!! The counter where the food at was dirty ! I aināt even get my food . All the food droppings mixed in with other food droppings. Just nasty they aināt even clean up š§¹ just nasty

One of the more consistent Chipotles I have been to. One way I gauge is based off how well they make the quesadilla online order. They have been on point thus far, keep up the great work!

Good value for the bowl we had.
Was ok, normal chipotle. The serving area was clean. The shrinkflation is definitely happening here. Even skimpy on the rice! I have never had to order double meat but here you have no choice. Will never return to this location.

I love Chipotle, but the service today was terrible. I went in to buy a bowl and a bag of chips, but the staff told me they were out of chips. When I asked if there were any in the back, they said those were reserved for online orders only ā even though they hadnāt sold them yet. I asked why they couldnāt just sell a bag to me, a paying customer standing right there, and they refused. They said they needed to save them ājust in caseā of online orders. I ended up not buying my bowl at all, so they wasted food and lost a sale over a policy that makes absolutely no sense.
