BRUN I ORDERED A BOWL W LETTUCE AND GOT 4 SPINACH LEAFS, 2 ROMANIAN LETTUCE LEAFS AND 5 REGULAR LETTUCE LEAFS. IMA STILL RATE IT A 3 CUZ THE REST WAS GAS BUT THIS IS WICKED

I never got to order. I walked in no one greet us no one smiled. I asked for veggies because the ones on the line looked old. Both ladies in the front said no we using that. I looked at the other reviews and noticed that there’s other issues. I love chipotle enough that I walked out and I’m going to the other one that’s in Boynton.

The food was nasty and it made my granddaughter sick. We will never eat from that chipotle ever again and we will not recommend it either.

This location needs a whole new line of workers for serving food. they have so much attitude. on top of that the serving size for sofritas (which no one gets) is not even half a spoon full and when you ask for a little bit more the older woman roles her eyes AND THEN PROCEEDS TO ADD SOFRITAS JUST TO THE TIP OF THE SPOON. ridiculous. my bf and i deal with her every time we go in and its just dreadful.

and the guy in front of me was old and super polite and they were making rude/annoyed faces the whole time. if you hate your job then quit.

i unfortunately live next to this location and much rather be going to the one in delray.

Rated 2 stars only because the food was decent, however the customer service is horrible. They are all rude!

I’ve been going to this location for 15+ years and this is the first time I’ve ever felt the need to write a negative review about service. I ordered a half chicken half steak burrito bowl and the lady at the register yells down the line to only put half a scoop because she thought she was putting too much on the bowl. She must have super vision? Then she looks me dead in my eyes with the nastiest, stankest face and starts speaking another language she assumed I didn’t understand to the ladies around her. Goes in the back and then as I’m paying comes back out to continue on what she was talking about. I haven’t even opened my food yet before writing this. All the chipotles opening up in the area this will be the last time I go to this location.

Missing almost all my ingredients in my burrito. Lazy employees!!!!!

Run down dirty. Constantly out of items like guacamole, ice, paper napkins. I observe employees eating food in the kitchen, unsanitary. Please clean your bathrooms.

Kinda lame to be honest, talking about chipolte as a whole. They didnt give me the meat I ordered on my bowls. I didnt realize until I was home. Can't call the location itself. You get stuck in a automated message loop. Can't file a ticket online either. There just isn't a way to send them a message. Company is immune to complaints.

At 1pm only 3 people working line was 12 people long and 2 of the workers were just chatting in the back rice is usually raw and no salt in anything bland food horrible location

Patricia the manager was super rude and unprofessional. I simply asked her if she can simply mix my burrito And she told me with a nasty attitude that they don’t mix burritos, I’ve never had any manager at any chipotle Tell me that they cannot mix my burrito. As a GM your customers priority and satisfaction comes first. She then told My coworker, the same with an attitude. Nasty attitude, nasty energy, nasty environment from all the coworkers, I will never be going back.
