This is a much much better location compared to the one on 1780 N Congress Ave, Boynton Beach, FL 33426. They have the plain rice (no salt) and staff is very nice! How is it possible to have such difference in service between locations?

The portions of meat have gotten so minimal that I won't be going back anymore. There is barely anything on the scoop and the staff are not very friendly. I can pay the same amount and go a solid meal somewhere else. A publix chicken is $7.99.

This location has gone downhill pretty rapidly. Used to love coming here. Now the place is a mess, the food is made incorrectly or poorly (please train on portions and how to wrap a burrito), and the staff have attitudes. Another chipotle bites the dust :(

Just came in for some tacos. It's 8:41 p.m. eastern time. Sunday the 28th. The girl working there was horrible, Her service, the way she made the food terrible. And if it's not a bad day she should not be serving customers whatsoever! Very disappointed in this place!

On this Saturday evening 12-20-25, I had to wear a Christmas-themed sweater to qualify for a bogo offer & so I certainly didn’t mind coming in looking like an over-the-top holiday-loving fool, lol! As I walked in the door, I was totally flabbergasted & pleasantly surprised that there was not a lengthy line at all, like there usually was before whenever they previously had a similar promotion!

All of the employees that I had encountered there were pleasant, upbeat & seemed to enjoy being there. The young gentleman who prepared my pair of burritos was very attentive, thoroughly quick in their construction & generous with the portions of ingredients. While dining inside, I observed overall that this Chipotle restaurant was organized, well-maintained & clean.

Chipotle’s burritos are stocky like they’re about to burst (lol) & in my opinion, they’re also the best-tasting ones ever! Mmmm, you can definitely taste the richness & topnotch quality of their ingredients packed into each burrito! My only problem was that since I was so overly stuffed & full from devouring my initial first burrito, that I had to figure out what I was going to eventually do with the extra second one??? I guess that’s a good problem to have, lol!

I was there on 12-7-25 at 4pm and the lady behind that counter which I’m assuming is the manager because she was directing the other employees was extremely rude. When I got up to the counter to order, she didn’t say anything to me just looked at me until I said when I wanted. While she was making my food, she was on the cell phone the entire time and then she messed up an online order so she had to stop in the middle of making mine to fix it and throughout the online order. What a waste of food. I’m surprised chipotle would have somebody represent them like this.

Place is infested with black flies everywhere and Chipotle is obviously doing nothing about it. Not even a fly zapper that every other restaurant in the world has. Burrito with a side of fly poop, please.

I reported to health department and they shut down this location down the next day because it was in violation. You can go to DBPR website and search for the license number SEA6021716 to view the violation report or see attached photo of the inspection.

Edit: It's funny that Chipotle replies to this review asking me to reach out to them directly, rather than them making any attempt to correct the situation. If they really cared about the health & safety of their customers they simply wouldn't have let flies sit around their restaurant for a week. The only way to get this actually resolved was to involve our government to inspect and shut down. Once Chipotle started seeing the financial loss from no sales, they finally corrected the situation but only after the health inspector forcefully closed the location.

Beware! Check your bag when you pick up your order, please. I just got two bowls from them, picked up from a mobile order.

Went there, waited a couple of minutes for my order, no big deal. Then I started to notice that they gave me one bag for two big bowls. I don't know if I was too tired from a long day at work, but at that point, I just wanted to eat. Grabbed it and went to my car.

When I got home, it was hanging like it was about to rip off, and VOILA, two bowls were placed UPSIDE DOWN, so that the salsa juice MESSED UP THE ONE TINY BAG. THEN, there you go. The bag ripped, I lost my two bowls, which I spent money to eat, on the ground.
The food was gone, and I was starved, and I had to clean up whatever mess was still there.

Please BE CAUTIOUS ON HOW YOU PLACE ITEMS IN A BAG FOR AN ORDER. But, I must say you lost me as a customer because in the end I was still hungry because my food wasn't placed correctly in a bag.

DISGUSTING!! Flies everywhere, workers cleaning the tables with the same gloves they used to prepare the food, the cashier picking her teeth.. Stay away from this place!! Soo dirty!

While in the store I ordered a chicken bowl for my son. A young female who i was told was the active manager fixed the bowl to go. The lead manager was on paternity leave. I noticed while making my bowl she kept scraping the bottom of the pan because it was empty. I asked is there more chicken in the back and she said no. She gave me only a half of scoop. I left the restaurant and returned 2 minutes later to make sure she was being honest. There was now a full pan of chicken. I confronted the young female asking why did she lie to me. I was willing to wait for a new batch. I then asked for more chicken and she said no I'm not giving you free chicken. I let her know I do not want free chicken I just want a full scoop in which I paid for. She said no and then said I'm not arguing with you about this. I then asked for a refund and proceeded to send an email. I tried to get help from the staff and they said they can't since she's the acting manager. This happened on November 11th around 815. As I walked out her and the staff started laughing about the situation. She was very unprofessional and has no business being a leader in a customer service environment.

I every time I order from this location either DoorDash or pickup in store there always 6 little piece of meat in the bowl. Barely any meat and when you pay extra $5 for extra meat there still barely any meat of what you pay for. Why am I paying for an expensive big bowl for little tiny meat.
