The girls love the chicken bowls and wraps. Order online and pick up in store in 10-15 minutes, nice staff and service. We order at least one or two times a week. Keep up the good food!

The short lady with the glasses was pretty rude and served the food very sloppy with a very minimal amount. My family ended up throwing out the food because of how turned off we were. Horrible service and our first time experience there was not the best due to that lady.

Food is still tasty, hot, and fresh. However, I’ve been going to this location since it opened and their new manager skimps on portions. Completely rushes you even when the line is short. Just don’t expect value when you come here.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Customers are paying an overpaid price for the amount of food they get. Every time I go I have to ask for more food multiple times while ordering because they plate their food as if either they are paying for it or as if they are feeding a bird. Today I paid for double meat when it was just one scoop. And the girl next to me who was coming there after school literally only got 4 pieces of chicken on her bowl! Give people what they’re paying for!! Ridiculous!

First, I wasn’t informed of the price of my food at any point during the ordering process. This lack of transparency is unacceptable in any establishment, let alone a company as large as Chipotle. Customers have the right to know what they are paying for before they reach the register.

To make matters worse, when I checked my receipt, I discovered that I had been charged not only for my meal but also for someone else’s order. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, I was met with laughter and complete indifference. Instead of resolving the issue, they dismissed my concerns and told me they were closing soon, then had the audacity to instruct me to leave through a different door than the one I had entered.

This is not just a case of poor service—it's outright disrespectful. Being overcharged is bad enough, but to be laughed at and told to leave as if I was the one causing an inconvenience is beyond the pale.

I expect to be treated with dignity when I visit a restaurant, and your staff failed miserably in this regard. I demand that this issue be addressed immediately. Not only should I be refunded for the charges I did not incur, but I also expect a formal apology for the way I was treated.

This experience has severely damaged my opinion of Chipotle, and I will be sharing this experience with others until I see a satisfactory resolution.

disgusting do not go to this chipotle. All the people working here are super rude and extremely lazy. These 3 girls at the front were so rude they honestly do not deserve their job. They threw my boyfriends food across the table where they make the food and started laughing at him. Ive never seen something like this before its honestly disgusting that people like this work here. None of these people who work here deserve to work there.
