I ordered a bowl and the lady barely added anything in there.

This is by far the stingiest chipotle Ive ever had the displeasure of going to.

Horrbile service, hispanic chubby guy with a patchy beard and short hair spoke very rudely

Was somehow out of white rice and served me brown rice that was hard and weirdly chewy

Holly was amazing. I really enjoyed her customer service. She helped me pick my order and told me the best recommendations. I really didnt know what to get because it was my first time at Chipotle. We had a small chat and I learned she was Haitian and loved good food. She made my experience great. As a business owner I love when I see great customer service.

Cheaper to go to Taco Bell for the quality is the same. Taco Bell stomps the yard here. Maybe their are different qualities per Chipotle but this one is garbage

The steak isn't cut correctly. They leave all of the fat and just chop it up. No thought goes into it. Otherwise, this location is ok.

I walked in to order and I felt like the person was annoyed for having to make my bowl. No eye contact when asking me what I want, it was weird. Everyone that works here looks miserable. The place looks dirty and I was afraid to eat my food thinking I could end up sick. Chipotle needs to do better and management needs to look at each store. Clean it up at least. I think this is the last time I will go to this location or any of them.
EDIT: not sure why i went back for online order pickup. Chips STALE and no taste. Not even salt. My guac: BROWN. Whoever is the manager here needs to step it up . I even tipped and get crap food

Avoid this location by any means necessary. I went here the other week to get a salad with chicken. Everything looked normal until I got home and found not one, but two food preserving packets buried in my meal. I surfaced them both for the picture, and reported to Chipotle HQ (who were largely unhelpful and didn’t seem to care that if these packets were open, could be toxic and require ER visits).

Don’t go here. You will get sick, or be unsatisfied by the lack of friendliness/small portion size.

I go to the chipotle a lot today was my last day the atmosphere the kids that work there are very disrespectful. Very nasty. You can’t ask them a question. They act like they can’t hear you. Ignore you the worst chipotle I’ve been to please try to avoid this place Corporate or higher up. Need to really step in this place and change this place everybody in the building.
